contemptible hotel! Arrived at around 2am. Checking my reservation and he tells me that I went to the wrong hotel, that he hasn't received any reservations all day. He opens his email, but doesn't see anything, he tells me. He asks me to pay 91 euros for the night, not including the money I paid for the reservation. After giving him a categorical refusal, he called his boss who asked him to give me a room until the morning when we would do a check. Arriving in the room, I take a look and discover the immensity of the lack of hygiene: the bathrobe was very dirty, with a puddle of limestone in the middle, everything was dirty in the toilets. Shoe marks all over the floor. There were so many mosquitoes in the room that I couldn't sleep. The air conditioning leaves something to be desired. I never believed that there were so many mosquitoes in Tunisia! Fleece blankets suitable for low temperatures. I couldn't cover myself, it was hot! Plus the mosquitoes were biting me everywhere! The bedroom floor was littered with dust. I wanted to take off my shoes to relax, but it was impossible! I'm disappointed! No drop of water to drink, no offer for food. Noise machines all night. Too much light because of transparent curtains, you can't sleep. Scam! I didn't close my eyes for even 1 second. How can ********* participate in this letting go?? Pay me back!
