"Hello, 1. The hotel interior design was Ok/average. 2. the towels seem to be washed more a 1000 times. Their was no good variety of food at breakfast(the breakfast fits a 3 star hotel not 5 stars, also you have to speak to get milk or a bottle of water you don’t find them on counter/buffet counters. 3. I had to change the room from the 5th floor to the second floor because of the noise coming from night club party I could not sleep. 4. You have to pass through the security entrance all the time instead of the main big front door, maybe because they have some concerns about intruders of people who enter without reservation or some other reasons, for me it was annoying because I have to pass beside the security personnel. 5. The hotel lobby is full of Libyans who look like pirates staring at every person who enters or leaves the hotel. 6. The hotel room I slept in had know door tags and the electronic black panels that tells staff not to annoy me is broken. 7. The hotel room had know safe to put my money or passport, I had to take them always in my pocket. 8. Damn the people are always asking for more money in taxis and restaurant (I have to be fair not all of them). (The manager of the hotel seem to be so economical and stingy not hiring more staff)"
