I think the best hotel in town. They do have a nice restaurant and also a place where you can drink some pisco sour. They have two pools, in side and outside. Normally I do not like those large ****** hotels but the ****** was separated so it did not border me. When you enter the hotel it looks cold but the rooms and restaurant are Cousy,

Nos quedamos 4 dias en la suite del hotel. Desayuno rico, pero muchas cosas por mejorar, sobre todo por que los detalles marcan la diferencia. En la piscina normal, palomas toman agua y defecan, contaminando el agua. Nosotros tuvimos la desagrable experiencia de que llegamos al balcon del hotel y habia una paloma muerta. Finalmente, pedimos sopa de pollo y estaba avinagrada, lo cual informamos al chef y nos comento que no, que era asi la sopa. No volveria a ir, basicamente porque el precio versus la atencion dejan mucho que desear

Excelente servicio , buena atención. El pisco súper de Guillermo muy bien preparado lo recomiendo!! El desayuno es perfecto a la media del pasajero, el gimnasio muy completo para todo tipo de ejercicio y la Piscina interior y exterior muy buenas.

The hotel overall is good. However housekeeping and, most of all, the service at the restaurant was bad. We had lunch the first and had to wait an unacceptable long time. We have some food sensitivities, but the staff seems not to understand how this is important. I was sick for a couple of days, and my wife was not allowed to take my included breakfast to our room, saying that there was an extra charge for room service. I asked for fried eggs at breakfast, but they told me that.the egg service was only for omelets (!!!). Not really a 5-star service.

Excelente hotel. Buenas instalaciones, el SpA y piscina temperada muy buenos. Lindas vistas ciudad, playa y hotel y gran club de niños. Comodidad y amplitud habitación. Muy buena ubicación, queda cerca de todo y fácil acceso a lugares típicos, playas , restaurantes y tiendas. Lo mejor de todo amabilidad, calidez y disposición personal.

Fuimos en el verano del 2022 con mi hija, disfrutamos todo. como consejo el restaurante del hotel debería tener solo un poco mas de variedad en los platos, pero el lugar es otro nivel de experiencia dentro de la cuidad con lo necesario para disfrutar, agradecida de la estadía.
