Mala experiencia, hace años era bueno pero ahora privilegian los eventos, matrimonios, almuerzos de empresas y otros y los pasajeros pasan a segundo término.
A las instalaciones les falta un update principalmente en poner ventanales con termopanel en habitaciones para aislar del ruido.

Excelente: atención, amabilidad, Limpieza, aire acondicionado perfecto. Seguridad las 24 horas El desayuno lo mejor para empezar el día Las playas al lado. Y piscinas con toallas. Hat más detalles positivos como el bar, su restaurant, todos platos gourmet. Y a un buen precio Qué mejor! Súper! Es poco decir.

This was the worst hotel we stayed in on a recent Chile trip. The room was small, with no place to put luggage, and little space between the beds and walls to move around. There was one flat pillow on each bed, with no extra pillows or blankets. The room felt dirty and run-down, an impression that was confirmed when a large beetle flew out from under the bed covers when one of us was getting ready to go to bed. The curtains were thin and let in light from street lights. Traffic noise was also a problem until about 2 a.m. Front desk was surly and unfriendly. Definitely not recommended!

Hermoso hotel con vista al mar, rico desayunos en su linda terraza, gente de recepción muy amable y con buena disposición. Fuimos atendidos por Mayckol Ferrada en el bar, muy amable y cordial, con preparación de cocteles muy buenos, todo recomendable al 100%.

Muy mala Mantencion de la habitación que estuve, la puerta costaba pasarle es seguro había que forzarla, la del baño no cerraba bien. Me encontré todos los días con hormigas en el baño y también el primer día en la cama. Debido que en el norte el agua potable no es de buena calidad para tomar deberían de poner por último un jarro de agua filtrada, Siqueira el frigobar tenía agua envasada, solo dos vasos vacíos. El estacionamiento de tierra, aunque no importa que no estuviese con techo pero deberían de tener un mejor lugar para dejar el auto. Lo único que rescato es la vista de la piscina y la atención de la gente, la cual fue muy amable.

Do not take whiny reviews seriously , HOTEL ARICA is soooo fun , rooms are fine , food is good , the help is so sweet like family !!!!!! Not to much money ! Two pools , next to playalaucho , best beach ever , mile long buffet, I stay there Every Time I can !!!!! Love it so much , never seen laundry pressed so tight !!!!! Not in town but a nice walk to downtown !!!!! AC WIFI …. I am waiting for travel ban to lift so I can go back to HOTEL ARICA & see the same bellman to welcome me back to a very special place on earth ,,,, From Juddy , I come from San Francisco , California where I was born ……….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
