Muy mal servicio, me encontraba enfermo, después de más de 20 minutos logré que me contestaran el teléfono y cuando quise pedir algo de cena me dijeron que eran solo dos y que bajara a pedir a la barra y me lo subiera yo a la habitación

Muy buen hotel, buena ubicación, buenas y limpias las instalaciones, destacto sus habitaciones en distribición y confoet. Por otra parte, destacar la atención de Emanuel, en restaurant El Gallo Cojo, por su disposición, siempre fue muy atento y coordial.

El hotel me pareció excelente esta ubicado en el mejor lugar de Arica frente playa Chinchorro la habitación grande y el baño también el personal muy amable y el desayuno bufet muy completo lo único no tenia para celíaco nada pero todo lo demás excelente

Horrible experiencia, cero seguridad entro una persona a mi habitación en estado de ebriedad a las 6 de la mañana. Sin hacerce responsables de lo ocurrido. Dejan entrar personas en ese estado sin ninguna supervision mientras hay familias "descansando"

Pésimo servicio, nulas soluciones, servicio de restaurant totalmente descoordinado. Nunca más en este hotel . Ni hubo soluciones de problemas puntuales, causados por el propio hotel. Servicios ofrecidos no existentes, por ejemplo, piscina en mantencion, un día domingo de febrero.

Oásis de bons serviços e qualidade na região! Atende turistas e negocios. Estilo internacional. Boa internet. Alguns servicos de impressão e computadoees na recepção. Há atendentes capacitado em línguas latinas. Cortesia identifica o espírito de todos. Sugiro a vista da cidade. Usei ambas - quartos todos bons e bem similares. Apenas sou da alvorada e prefiro sentar-me à mesa na janela para abrir e fechar meus dias. Se vai para esportes e passeios longos, vale considerar o happy hour/jantar do hotel no retorno - bom cardápio e excelentes dicas dos atendentes para boas descobertas regionais. O café da manhã é muito bom (diversificado). Estacionamento fechado é seguro no edifício. Excelente base para a região. Arica em si, para os aventureiros, ainda tem muitos atrativos pouco desenvolvidos. Uma região com muito potencial que merece atenção - sofre muita pressão negativa de diversos agentes externos. Novotel é uma base confortável e segura para toda a região.

La atención a la hora de pagar fue muy deficiente y de falta de profesionalidad. No nos informaron de que si pagábamos con tarjeta de crédito no nos cobraban impuestos por ser extranjeras; nos cobraron con tarjeta de débito y nos cobraron mas de 200 dólares de más sin avisarnos. Cuando nos quejamos y reclamamos asumieron su falta de información en ese momento y nos pidieron nuestros datos para devolver ese cobro de más pero luego jamás contestaron y frente a nuestra reclamación posterior no han asumido su responsabilidad. Muy mal manejo de la parte de atención al cliente. Ha sido lo peor que me ha pasado en mi experiencia como cliente en alojamientos de todo el mundo.
