We went down to have breakfast with over ann hour left for breakfast and immediately left the property as it was almost empty of anything but meat, seemed like the other choices we few and there was no staff to be seen. Sure glad we did not pay for a breakfast included rate!!

Hotel nuevo con muy buena ubicación, excelentes instalaciones y personal muy servicial y eficiente. Limpieza excelente y la atención muy buena. Destacar a Jasmin y todo el equipo del restaurant que nos trataron muy bien cada vez que fuimos. La recepción siempre atentos y amables. Check in rápido y muy buenas recomendaciones e indicaciones

La atención del hotel, excelente y sus garzones emanuel y jasmin un 7, muy buena disposición muy buena atención de parte de ellos dispuestos a atender sin problemas y sin malas caras como en algunos otros lugares, lo recomiendo 100 porciento.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias, limpias, excelente servicio, seguro. Restaurant exquisito sabor único, atención un 100% atentos , te recomiendan sus platos... y felicito a Emanuel Salvatierra, Jazmin Luna , Catalina Flores y Jairo. recepcionistas de todos los turnos, atención personalizada y amables. , para mi es mi segunda casa.

Muy mal servicio, me encontraba enfermo, después de más de 20 minutos logré que me contestaran el teléfono y cuando quise pedir algo de cena me dijeron que eran solo dos y que bajara a pedir a la barra y me lo subiera yo a la habitación
