Lindo hotel de playa frente a playa Chinchorro y excelentes restaurantes. Lindos paisajes y atardeceres, agradable paseo por costanera. Habitaciones modernas y bien decoradas. Atención amable

The staff here were amazing. Some of the best service I have ever received in Chile. I’ve been in Chile 2 years and service in most places is shocking! Here nothing was too much trouble. A friendly welcome and a lovely clean room overlooking the beach. The property is in a good location, lots of restaurants and small bars nearby and also an easy walk to the “mall” if you want more commercial places to eat and right on the big beach of Arica. Breakfast was included - good quality but basic. Fruit bowl, yogurt and a choice of scrambled eggs or a toastie. We also spent a few nights at the big 5 star Antay hotel in Arica and this place was so much better!

Pequeño hotel. Muy Agradable. Limpio. Personal ( Viviana y Max) muy amables. Desayuno sencillo. Té y cafés a disposición. Muy cerca playa, restaurantes y bares. Estacionamiento seguro. Volveré sin duda. Muy buen calidad/ precio. Bien ubicado. Recomiendo.

Muy buen hotel considerando la atención y las comodidades. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y tienen varios detalles encantadores, pero lo mejor de este hotel es el personal, demasiados atentos/as y te hacen sentir en todo momento muy muy cómoda. El hotel es totalmente recomendado por la relación precio y calidad. Además está ubicado muy cerca del comercio, frente a la playa y cerca de restaurantes muy buenos.

Una muy buena atención, especialmente de la recepcionista brasileña. La habitación era muy cómoda y la vista a la playa hacen la experiencia mucho más especial. Lo único a mejorar es el servicio de desayuno, el sector de comedor es muy pequeño y las opciones de desayuno son muy reducidas (no hay opciones para personas que no pueden comer azucar, o para veganos)
