Recepcionistas muy atentos y amables. Aparcamiento cerca y gratuito. Desayuno buffet muy completo. El ascensor es MUY pequeño, LENTISIMO y muy antiguo, yo opté por usar las escaleras. Las habitaciones algo antiguas pero el baño (con bañera) es grande y reformado. Tiene secador, champú, acondicionador, loción corporal y gel. Muy completo.

Soy asidua del hotel San Gothard. Nos encantan sus vistas, su ubicación, su tranquilidad, su piscina. Repetimos cada año.
La comida también está muy bien. Buena relación calidad precio, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que es un hotel un poco anticuado en mobiliario, pero a mí eso me da igual.

As a base for skiing it did the job fine. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were also fine (even though TV didn't work). They gave us a double and single bed for the first night but they were helpful and after that we got the single beds we had booked. Really could have done with coffee and tea facilities and charging for the sauna is a cheek.

Hôtel qui mérite d être rafraîchi. La salle de restauration n a aucune ouverture sur l extérieur, le mobilier est vieillot, les sols et les fauteuils sont tachés. Pas digne d un 4 étoiles et ne correspond pas aux photos où tout paraît nickel. De plus, aucune insonorisation dans l hôtel. Très bruyant. Le personnel est poli et sympathique

Nos alojamos un grupo de amigos varios dias. Recibimos buen trato del personal del hotel. En cuanto a las habitaciones , están un poco anticuadas y los baños necesitan una reforma, aparte hacia muchísimo calor tanto dentro de la habitación como por los pasillos. Cogimos spa y no es gran cosa, solo hay una jacuzzi y una sauna, salimos antes de tiempo ya que hacía tanto calor que era incómodo estar allí. En cuanto al buffet para la cena, nos cobraron 24€/ persona por un buffet con poca variedad, había platos vacíos que no rellenaban, sin embargo el buffet del desayuno era estupendo, com mucha variedad de panes, fiambres, bollería, mermelada, leches vegetales... Es un hotel que está bien pero considero que no para 4 estrellas.

He estado leyendo varias reseñas y he optado por escribir la mía… Es cierto que la primera vez que hemos estado nos alojaron en una habitación donde la cama matrimonial eran dos camas individuales unidas, tal vez es lo único que se puede decir no malo sino algo incómodo pero que comparado con todo el resto de ventajas y comodidades deja de ser importante…! La primera vez hemos estado con mi Hijo y su pareja… Hemos repetido mi Señora y Yo, y cada vez se superan en cuanto a la prestación de servicio y atención…! Tal vez la diferencia ha sido que en esta oportunidad hemos reservado directamente en la página del Hotel y no a través de páginas web que ofrecen oportunidades más baratas de estancia… Nos han dado una habitación excelente con vistas y comodidades fabulosas…! El trato del Personal, mejor imposible que hasta te recuerdan…! Orden y limpieza en todo el recinto. Con toda seguridad los recomiendo y tenemos en cuenta que a la hora de ir a Andorra, este Hotel será nuestra segunda residencia…! Felicidades y mucho éxito…! Se lo merecen…! Pedro Oletta
