"The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from the center of Andorra la Vella. It has free outdoor parking, or for €12 (a good price), it also has covered parking. It's not very big, but you don't need much more for parking. Breakfast is a buffet and they replenish it frequently, which is great because I've been to others where they only replenished it once, and those who arrived last barely had anything to eat. If you go in winter, like we did, don't worry about the cold in the room; it's actually quite warm, haha, it's perfect. The best thing, without a doubt, is the staff, both the morning and afternoon/evening staff. The guy who checked us in in the afternoon was lovely."

"This was our first Ski trip, two adults for 5 days. Once checked in, headed upstairs to our room which was pleasant enough. Our room was compact, clean and fairly contemporary which was serviced every day. I read reviews about noise, but honestly there was nothing of any consequence while we were there, we even slept with the window open above a running river without any issue. We were expecting a lot more noise as we were directly over the bar, but .... nothing! Location is outstanding, 1 minute for the gondola and the 'AndBus' dropped and picked us up from right outside. Not to mention, it is directly opposite the Derby Irish Bar! We opted for half board, but be aware the menu is limited but did see they made fresh pizza on site too, although we didn't have any. Also, there is no attention to dietary requirements e,g, Vegan, but sure with some planning/communication before arrival, the staff could/would have arranged something. We also found the staff to be very friendly and had no issue with anyone. Breakfast was the standard european offering of breads, meat and cheese, cereal and pastries. For somewhere to sleep and occasionally grab something to eat, this hotel is excellent! Yes there are better hotels, but for the price it is very worthwhile. Lets face it, when you pay budget prices, you cannot expect Hilton grandeur. We would definitely stay here again as it was perfect for our needs. It only dropped a star for no Vegan option as stanard and the staff know about the kettle :)"

"Great value Arinsal hotel. I was there for a long weekend, Thursday to Monday with friends for a ski trip. Stayed in a single room on a 1/2 board basis. Met my needs perfectly. It isn't fancy - but the shower was good, bed was comfy and dinner tasty. Ski storage, although boots in the room. Well located for the gondola and not far from ski rental, lift pass office or nearby bars. Waiting and bar staff were friendly and efficient and drinks were reasonably priced too."

"Great staff -mainly the hard working Argentinians and columbians and a few Spaniards who work here. The food quality is fantastic for a four star hotel. The rooms are of good size particularly the junior suite. Reception may be slightly understaffed however they very polite and very caring. The prices for the drinks in the bar and the restaurant is very reasonable. There is a significantly large car park at the front A main attraction is also the fact that there’s a ski rental shop in the building and further the bus especially stops there when you are transferring from abroad using the bus system and further you could ski in and out of the hotel literally. This is our second visit here and we are delighted that the standards are still high and has not dropped at all. A special thanks to Santiago and Fran in reception and the waiters in the restaurant a"

"The first night was awful. When we arrived at room number 3 on the reception floor, we could hear music from the Irish bar next to the California Grill and people talking in the restaurant. It literally sounded like I was in a nightclub bathroom; the whole room was shaking, and it was impossible to sleep until 3 a.m. The cleanliness and service were fine, but I wouldn't stay there again. They changed our room the next day, and it was still there, but a little less so."
