Very attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. The rooms are somewhat old but the bathroom (with bathtub) is large and renovated. It has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and gel. Very complete.

I am a regular at the San Gothard hotel. We love its views, its location, its tranquility, its pool. We repeat every year.
The food is also very good. Good value for money, although you have to keep in mind that it is a hotel that is a little outdated in terms of furniture, but that doesn't matter to me.

A group of friends stayed for several days. We received good trea**ent from the hotel staff. As for the rooms, they are a little dated and the bathrooms need renovation, and it was very hot both inside the room and in the hallways. We took a spa and it's not a big deal, there is only a jacuzzi and a sauna, we left early since it was so hot that it was uncomfortable to be there. As for the buffet for dinner, they charged us €24/person for a buffet with little variety, there were empty plates that were not refilled, however the breakfast buffet was great, with a lot of variety of breads, cold cuts, pastries, jam, milks vegetables... It is a hotel that is good but I consider it not for 4 stars.

The first time we were with my son and his partner... My wife and I have repeated, and each time they surpass themselves in terms of the provision of service and attention...! Perhaps the difference has been that this time we have booked directly on the Hotel's website and not through websites that offer cheaper stay opportunities... They have given us an excellent room with fabulous views and amenities...! The trea**ent of the staff, it couldn't be better than they even remember you...! Order and cleanliness throughout the premises. I certainly recommend them and we keep in mind that when we go to Andorra, this Hotel will be our second residence…! Congratulations and much success…! Requested a double bed and got two separate beds...the shower courtain was dreadful.
the staff at the desk was not particulary friendly... i asked about the restaurant and instead got told that was a new years eve menu so i was better off looking for a cheaper option somewhere else...
Free outside parking is a bonus.

We have spent 5 magnificent days, highlighting the friendliness of the staff both at reception and in the dining room, and the cleanliness of the rooms. Very good breakfast, very correct dinner, very well acclimatized, spectacular views of the river. The rooms and the hotel in general are old but comfortable and clean.
