Hôtel situé au centre de la ville mais obligation de mettre sa voiture au parking payant de la ville et marcher ensuite 5 bonnes minutes…mieux vaut ne pas avoir de grosses valises Chambre minimaliste wc dans la salle de bain et eau tiède Petit déjeuner très moyen Hôtel peu confortable A éviter au vu du prix

Bel hotel cadre idylique le personnel est au petit soin, chambre trés propre. Il est preferable de resèrvé à l'avance. Reception disponible nuit et jour, chambre au calme recommandé par un ami j'ai fais le bon choix à refaire sans hésitation.

Delizioso hotel posizionato nel cuore di Arles. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Classic situata sopra in ristorante ( distaccata dal corpo centrale della hall) un po’ piccola nelle dimensioni ma con design talmente elegante ed innovativo da far passare la cosa in secondo piano. Lo stesso si può dire per il resto dell’hotel. Personale preparato e cortese. Unico neo ma per nostra disattenzione al momento della prenotazione la mancanza di aria condizionata nella camera ( però presente nelle junior suite). Siamo molto dispiaciuti di non aver potuto provare il ristorante perché era sempre pieno in quel periodo, ed a Arles non siamo riusciti a mangiare bene… dispiace anche che la colazione come nella maggior parte degli hotel che abbiamo visitato in provenza sia un extra da 16/20€ a testa… un po’ caro…

Hôtel de charme situé dans une petite rue calme, très proche du centre ville et des principaux centres d'intérêts : arènes, théâtre, hôtel de ville, restaurants . Tout est accessible à pied. Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables, la décoration est originale. Grand lit, bon matelas, de l'espace (nous avions pris une grande chambre), une belle salle de bains. Un hôtel vraiment original, un excellent séjour.

While the staff at reception was very nice, that's about the only nice thing we can say about our experience at this hotel. We stayed in room 19 which backed onto an open space filled with very loud pidgeons that make noise day and night. Since there is no air-conditioning in the room, we had to leave the windows open (quite hot in Arles during our stay) which exacerbated the pidgeon noise and let bugs in as well. There is a ceiling fan that made a loud buzzing noise contributing further to us not being able to sleep well during our stay. We shared this information with the staff who acknowledged and validated these problems so they should not be surprised by this review. Another issue was using the hairdryer affected the rest of the lights in the room. Lastly, for this type of hotel, the breakfast buffet was quite average. All in all,definitely not worth it!

Despite some other comments this was very easy to find, a stones throw from the arena & theatre , down the hill to the Hotel du Ville shops etc. Hotel decor is different but we liked it room was large bed was comfortable & the shower was excellent. we had only planned 2 nights in Arles but we were so taken with the place that we booked in for an extra night , ALL the staff were helpful & very polite . The only thing that stops this being a 5 star rating was the lack of aircon in the room - it was very hot even with the windows open

Great location for a romantic stay. Stayed 3 nights in this boutique hotel and had a great experience. The beds were very comfortable and the room was big and clean. The only downside was that there is no air conditioning so even in April the room would get a bit stuffy at night. A big ceiling fan really was helpful in this case but take this into consideration for summer. Breakfast was good, sort of buffet style but with limited choices of fruits but ok. Parking was provided close by with a discount rate.

Dans le fil des commentateurs précédents, je salue en premier la cordialité non feinte de l'ensemble du personnel pendant toute ma résidence (5 jours), sa prévenance et son attention aussi bien à la réception qu'au service du petit déjeuner. Ensuite la chambre grande, confortable, bien décoré et entretenue ; puis l'hôtel, ulrta-central, qui a gardé le charme de l'ancien et enfin le petit déjeuner adéquat. Bon, cet ordre est modifiable :-) car tout est parfait !

Accueil tres professionnel et surtout sympathique.Magnifique lieu empreint d’histoire. Petit déjeuner dans le standard avec du vrai jus de fruit. Très belle chambre à la décoration soignée. Terrasse en rooftop qui permet de se détendre et lire au calme et au soleil. Seul bémol, l’insonorisation entre les chambres ( plus précisément avec les chambres au dessus si vous etes au 1er.
