Hotel Arles Plaza is one of the good options to choose from when traveling to Arles.
The location is good, parking is provided. You can also use the exercise facilities and swimming pool.
I did not use breakfast. / I visited in early April, and although there were many students on a group tour, it was not noisy or interfered with the use of the facilities.

chambre spacieux et propre, wc dans la salle de bain, stop porte en plein milieu donc attention aux orteils. La barman qui nous a servi le soir était en legging et basket (je rappelle 4 étoiles !) nous avons demandé un limoncello, elle ne le trouvait pas ! en fait il était à coté des sirops !!!! donc pas frais du tout. A 22 h tout le monde au dodo, le bar ferme, lumière s'éteigne et plus le droit de faire un billard. Jolie piscine et jacuzzi, sol très très glissant, douches communes et aucun entretien au abord de la piscine, rouille, feuille.....Bruit de la route alors que nous avions demandé de l'autre côté .... En bref, il ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles

I would not recommend this place. Did not listen to requests over two days to fix the tv. Did not replenish the tissue box in the bathroom as requested after housekeeping. I had a cold and used the hotel tissues and my own. Both days the key card for the door had to be reset to open the room door. Hotel staff seem disinterested. The hot food at breakfast was not hot or pleasant. The pool was lovely and the funky look is fun. The initial impression was positive but it soon went downhill.

Alors je ne comprends pourquoi 4 étoiles, plutôt un centre de loisirs. Ma chambre était certes propre mais assez quelconque. La salle de bain souffre de vétusté, les joints ont été mal refaits et il manque du carrelage par endroit, 1 seul rouleau de papier wc! Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi assez banal sans choix de fruits frais avec une tarification farfelue à 2 niveaux gérée par des tickets que personne ne nous a jamais réclamé. Ne prenez donc pas l’option à 15€ qui ne sert visiblement à rien. Les jeux pour enfants sont sales, en déshérence et pas fonctionnel. N’espérez pas prendre un verre au bar je n’y ai jamais vu personne et semble fermé, comme le restaurant d’ailleurs. La piscine est froide et p****mée de feuilles mortes du fait qu’une porte donnant sur l’extérieur ne tient pas fermée et reste constamment ouverte. Elle est aussi vite profonde et ne convient pas trop aux enfants. Par manque de chance, un important groupe je jeunes italiens était présent durant notre séjour, ce qui a vite occasionné beaucoup de bruit et une surcharge à tous les niveaux notamment à la piscine où plus d’une vingtaine était présent. Un baby-foot est là mais pas entretenu avec des balles de ping-pong faisant office de balles. Heureusement le personnel est dans l’ensemble sympathique mais cela ne suffit pas au regard des tarifs pratiqués. Mais non pas digne du tout de 4 étoiles, un 3 tout au plus.

Pour commencer, ok c’est l’ouverture avant la grosse saison, mais pourquoi ne pas avoir les mêmes services que ceux qui auront la chance d’être en haute saison ? Terrasse couverte sale, piscine fermée (en réparation). Salle du déjeuné très froide le matin, pas de repas le soir. Pour le déjeuner: médiocre ! Heureusement il y a du jus d’orange frais. Nous avons dormi dans un campanille la nuit d’avant le déjeuné était plus fourni ! Pain gris sec … dommage déjà coupé depuis tôt le matin donc résultat sec à 7h. Espace enfant: quel espace enfant ? Une maisonnette sale, et une table et un banc. Aucun jeu fonctionnel. Gros point fort: le personnel ! Très gentil et réactif heureusement qu’ils sont là.
