浴室很簡陋，需要自己備齊洗漱用品和拖鞋，燒水壺也沒有。唯一好的是隔音ok，床舒服。別的就不要有要求了。去阿爾勒城裡走十分鐘吧。我定晚了，所以衹能選這家。

This truly has been the worst hotel I ever stayed in for 40 years of travel. It provides no amenities, does not permit air conditioning use, pretends not to understand English, has uncomfortable beds, no in-room kettle, no glass wear or shampoo, has two scrawny and poor excuses for pillows and thankfully, is quite noisy.

L'hotel è comodo per visitare il centro, le camere sufficientemente spaziose e pulite, la colazione ottima, al di sopra degli standard della catena Ibis. Molto comodo il parcheggio gratuito e con molta disponibilità di posti. Il personale è gentile e disponibile

Cela fait deux fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et je reviendrai encore ! Les équipes, en réception et restaurant sont vraiment super ! C'est ce qui fait le plus de cet hôtel. Même si on voit que l'hôtel commence à être dépassé par ses équipements, les équipes font tout pour que vous passiez un vrai séjour !elles se sentent bien et ça se voit! Bravo à vous !!

De nombreux avis, y compris les miens, signalent la vétusté des chambres, et surtout des salles de bain. On nous répond que leur rénovation est étudiée. L'étude commence à durer... Dans le même temps, on assiste à une gestion erratique des petits-déjeuners (réapprovisionnement du buffet, débarrassage des tables, remise en état des machines à café) due, soit à un manque de personnel, soit à un problème de compétence du personnel. Quelques points positifs cependant : les chambres sont vastes, la literie est bonne, le personnel d'accueil est charmant, le parking est sécurisé (ce qui n'est pas un luxe vu l'environnement extérieur)

Un peu surprise par la vétusté de cet hôtel Ibis Style.
Les tarifs ne sont pas très élevés mais les chambres et particulièrement les salles de bain ont besoin d'un gros rafraichissement !
La baignoire fait limite propre.... Les joints sont très mal fait et moisis, pas de brosse dans les toilettes...
Sinon le personnel est au top !

Parking gratuit sécurisé. Un excellent accueil au check in . Chambre assez spacieuse et literie confortable. Je suis un habitué de cet hotel et pour la première fois, j'ai été extrêmement déçu par la cuisine. Trop simple, pas à la hauteur du prix. Au moins 30% trop cher pour ce qui est servi. Beaucoup d'attente pour être servi. En revanche serveur très bien. Très bon check in. Bon petit déjeuner. Serveur faisant la gueule ce jour là. Sans sourire sans bonjour. Pas d'humeur peut-être !
