Staff nice, small room but clean. Close to train station . Please be aware no lift.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour au Volver; D'abord pour la qualité de l'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel. Ensuite pour le positionnement près de la gare et d'un parking "zone verte". Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir quand la place sera complètement rénovée.

L’absence de mitigeur ou d’escalier ne nous a pas du tout gêné. Parking public à proximité, payant de 9h à 19h pratique.

Decepcionante no cumple con lo anunciado
No es 4 estrellas ni de lejos.
Personal escaso, no hay parking y has de dejar el coche en la ciudad y ir pagando ticket cada día, no hay zonas comunes donde poder estar y la anunciada terraza está desmantelada porque toda la calle está en obras: montañas de arena apisonadoras grúas etc . Nadie nos avisó de ello.
Las fotos de la web y la realidad son muy distintas: suelos de terrazo viejo, muebles antiguos y descordinados, ni un armario donde dejar la ropa (hay un colgador con perchas) la iluminacion de la habitación es nefasta
En positivo: bien ubicado, limpieza, personal amable, baño reformado.

Good location. When arrival I was confused a little bit since the road to the inner city was blocked for construction work. But the free parking just outside the walls are close enough, so only a 1 min walk.
Hotel condition was good. Brunch seems not much to choose from so skip that.

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. I love the tile floors, it makes things much cleaner. They provide room service every day to tidy up. The sink is huge, there are nice mirrors, hangers are supplied. There is a TV but we haven't used it. We have a bathtub as well as a shower. They upgraded us to a bigger room with a king sized bed. The beds are a little firm, I've found that to be the generally the case in Europe, but they have plenty of nice big pillows. The sheets, pillowcases seem to be made of linen or linen/cotton.

très mauvaise insonorité : les portes qui s’ouvrent. les bruits de pas dans les couloirs et dans l’escalier !
