Great location !
But Getting into Hotel requires climbing up a flight of stairs. I had a couple of heavy luggages but No help offered by hotel staff despite being dropped off in front of them. Not 5 star service.

다행이 객실 하나가 남아있다고 해서 즉석 결제후 하룻밤 묵긴 했지만..

A charming hotel in a superb central location. Very comfortable and lovely staff. Breakfast was full and good quality. We especially appreciated the garden. Gym small but OK. Beds very comfortable. Put us in the right frame for our subsequent river boat cruise starting at the quay close to the hotel.

Suite aux 2 avis antérieurs nous étions un peu inquiets. Mais nous avons tout de même souhaité voir ce qu’il en était vraiment. Nous pensons que les voyageurs n’ont pas eu de chance car pour nous nous n’avons pas eu à nous plaindre de quoi que ce soit. Le personnel est serviable et aimable, la chambre sympa, le petit-déjeuner copieux sauf des œufs frais seraient bien venus ( on trouve partout les œufs brouillés d’œufs en poudre). La piscine est chauffée et bien agréable.

Ottimo albergo, su una delle strade principali di Arles. Sono andato in auto e, nonostante la via non sia il massimo per parcheggiare né per transitare (soprattutto per il mercato), il personale è stato molto puntuale alle mie esigenze di spostamenti in Provenza durante la vacanza. Inglese un pò da migliorare da parte del personale, almeno per chi non parla francese, ed una colazione che non fa giustizia a quella che dovrebbe essere la "patria" del croissant. Esperienza comunque positiva.
