Quatrième fois que nous y allons, mais certainement la dernière. La chambre qui nous avait été attribuée sentait le tabac froid et le renfermé. Constaté et reconnu par la réceptionniste, celle-ci nous en propose une autre... pour 10€ de plus... Pas d'eau chaude dans la nouvelle chambre le lendemain matin... Petit déj : les oranges ont disparu cette année. Au moment de régler, la réceptionniste nous dit ne pas vouloir prendre les chèques vacances dont la validité se termine en décembre ! Il a fallu un coup de fil à la responsable pour finalement nous les prendre...

La struttura è molto vicina al centro, la stanza era confortevole e pulita, il personale gentile, funzionava pure il climatizzatore e ce ure il garage... però... ci hanno telefonato la mattina alle 7.45 per spostare la macchina. E 10 minuti dopo hanno rìtelefonato, ribadendo la necessità. ...almeno dopo hanno offerto il caffè. Ma solo quello, e dietro richiesta.

Hôtel moyen mais très propre .Le personnel est efficace et accueillant. Gros bémol le quartier : l hôtel est entouré de snack kebab et autres épiceries de nuit avec la clientèle qui va avec ces commerces. Du coup le prix des chambres est trop élevé par rapport au lieu et à la dimension de certaines chambres vraiment petites et sans grand confort

Lamentable welcome, no listening! Elevator cells working erratically, bedroom door cylinder defective. There are insect cocoons hanging from the ceiling of the shower. The breakfasts, for 13 euros are ridiculous and unworthy of a 3* hotel, not even a set or trays for the tables... Only the bedding is extra. It's more than disappointing, it's infuriating! Frankly, Hotel.com should investigate. This devalues the Hotel.com site. I find it scandalous that from the outset you point out the "parking lot" as a "strong point". There are only 3 places that must be "reserved" but only problem: no way to reserve. It's a new management and the only answer to our grievances: we're in the process of reviewing everything, in the meantime we can't do anything for you"... And the receptionist, and the director go back to their software, turning your head And to answer us: there are places everywhere in town.

It was really poor hotel the rooms are very small the tiny tv extremely noisy we were on the first floor above the garage door.
