Sheraton Arlington Hotel

Comfortable living, big room, good service from hotel staff. The bed is big, the location is in the middle of the city, there is a rugby field next to it, many restaurants, it is very convenient to go out
Aloft Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

This is a nice hotel but for the price you pay for a night they could at least provide microwaves in the room. In order to warm up guru food you have to go all the way to the lobby to use the one and only microwave which in my opinion is ridiculous.
Residence Inn Dallas Arlington South

We had four families staying here for Spring Break. We chose this place because it was close to Six Flaggs, had a basketball court and indoor pool for the kids to play in. Court was great the first night, but second night was overloaded with a church group from the adjacent hotel, that they share the court with. No problem, so the kids can go in the pool, nope, it was freezing and indoor! Apparently the heater for the hot tub was broken, I assume it heats the pool too. On Wednesday we were told it would be fixed and still wasn’t on Saturday when we left. But at least we had the basketball court. First night our large group was able to hang out in the courtyard. Again fire pitt wasn’t working. And never got fixed while we were there. Last night was colder but there was enough room for us to spread out in the lobby. Snack for purchase area was good, they probably should have planned on stocking up since it was spring break for most of Texas. But kids could still find a few things. Breakfast, eggs every day, they were good. A different protein every day. Typical waffle maker, muffins, cereals, milk. No potatoes, and no fresh fruit. Fruit cups don’t count. That was a surprise. I’ve always seen bananas and apples at free breakfast buffets. Staff was nice. The guy there the first day, Joshua?, he was extremely nice, helpful, courteous, great guy. Two bedroom suite was great. Not new, not too old. Clean. Kitchen was stocked with a few things you may need. But bring large trash bags and dish soap for washing dishes if needed. Fridge has an ice maker. Beds were fairly comfortable. Pillows were all different types so you can hopefully find one you like. Location was great for restaurants and felt fairly safe. We would stay there again. Just hope the pool items were fixed.
Highland Inn

I stayed here a few weeks ago and had a great experience. This hotel is nestled in a quite area but very close to shopping and restaurants in addition to the major highways of Arlington and Dallas. The hotel is very clean and well kept with comfortable bedding and a beautiful outdoor pool. I felt very safe and relaxed here. Definitely will be back.
Studio 6 Arlington, TX

This is the third stay I’ve had at a Studio 6. The other 2 were far nicer than this one, but that’s not to say this was bad… just old! I’m giving an average rating based on the age of the hotel and the rooms. I have no issues with clientele or long-stay residents. We stayed in Arlington as it seemed an ideal middle-location between Dallas and Fort Worth. I imagine that it would be an ideal location if you were going to Six Flags as it’s really close to the park. When we checked in, the staff member on reception seemed a little taken aback by the fact we had a reservation: “hello”, “hi, we have a reservation”, “oh”. Thankfully, the process was OK though and we were seen to quickly and allocated our room. The hotel spans multiple buildings, and it feels a little maze-like when trying to locate the way through. The room we were in was clean, and the bed was comfortable to enable us to sleep, which is what I look for when I book a location like this. I was surprised at the size of our room – the bedroom was separate from a living area, which was unexpected. The room had a kitchenette, though we only used the fridge on this occasion. We had a balcony overlooking what used to be a pool, but was clearly filled in many years ago. I didn’t sit out on the balcony, the wooden floor looked a little too old / worn for my liking. We were here for two nights. Overall, the stay was OK and what we paid for. I’d give more stars for modernisation of the full hotel, and perhaps nicer grounds.
Howard Johnson by Wyndham Arlington Ballpark / Six Flags

The hotel is in good distance to the AT& T Stadium. The staff needs to take more care in making sure the rooms are clean before the next guess enters. Also, look at towels before putting them in the rooms. There was hair on one of the towels that looked like some ones purvit hair that was down in the towel. One of the sheets was stain. Food was left in the refrigerator. I made sure to lysol the room for germs because I was not sure how sanitized it was. When we got in the room later that night it was to late to change rooms. We almost slept sitting up. The next day the front desk had some one to come change the sheets and clean the room.
