My jaw dropped as I explored the hotel for the first time! So much beauty, amazing water views, elegant decor, relaxed vibe, perfect for a romantic couples trip. The beds are very comfy with soft sheets and great pillows. They go the extra mile here from cleaning the rooms twice/day, to leaving little treats each evening on our pillows, to sending us away with snacks for our taxi ride back to Rio. The breakfast each morning had a delicious and elevated selection to satisfy every craving and I looked forward each morning to my pan au chocolat and cappuccino. I especially appreciated being served by Aparecida each morning who always greeted us with a warm smile and excellent service. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and hope to come back again!

Once again, the Serena Hotel has surprised us for the service and quality of service! We stay in a huge and very comfortable room!!! Without talking about staff education and a beautiful breakfast!!! I always indicate!!! When we get back to the dive, we will certainly host here!! And now it will be with our baby that is already coming!!!

The service at the pool by the waiters, especially Danilo, deserves a round of applause. The menu has fair prices for different tastes and dishes. Everything very delicious. Don't forget to try the super filling shrimp pastry and the sun-dried meat with cassava. We didn't like the noise from the air conditioning, and the service from the reservations department, staff who were harsh in their responses. Excellent pool. Location note 1000

Muy bueno para ir en familia los chicos están con actividades durante todo el día buen desayuno buffet.

La atención es excepcional así como las opciones de desayunos ofrecidos. La habitación nos resultó bastante cómoda y el servicio de limpieza fue muy bueno también. Por otro lado el hotel es muy bonito y se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. Se encuentra en una zona de mucha vegetación por lo que es habitual ver insectos en cercanías del sitio. Por sobre todas las cosas la atención del personal fue muy buena en todo momento. Mención pata Perycles que siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades y nos asesoró muy bien para que nuestra estadía sea lo más confortable posible.

there are 4 rooms with the best view to the pool, the rest has a view to the neighbor or to the street, not so nice. Is a small cozy pousada,. good mattresses good bathrooms. Good air conditioner. The staff ok, except Adams, he is a must, he is always solving any problem you can have, anything you need, asks him, Excellent concierge. Breakfast starts at 8:00, that is late, because the sun rises at 6 and go down at 5, so you loose at least 2 hours of beach time, because we had to wait the breakfast room to open. I would suggest opening break fast at 6. The pousada is right near joao fernandez beach, just walk for a few minutes and you are there. At least 20 minutes walking to downtown. I would go again. The swimming pool water was a little white, not clear enough, i guess too much sun blocker. Dont ask for drinks, too much water in those.

It's a 3* good rather than a 4. I didn't like the room that there was little place to support things. breakfast is right. friendly staff. I wanted to retire earlier for health reasons and didn't refund me, bad there.
