Armacao Dos Buzios Hotels with Wi-Fi

Procurava por um hotel bem localizado para não precisar usar o carro para deslocamentos dentro da cidade de Búzios. Acabei escolhendo o Selina Búzios por estar praticamente dentro da Rua de Pedras e com fácil acesso a restaurantes e praias da região. O quarto é extremamente espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. O ar condicionado deu conta do amplo quarto e o chuveiro a gás funcionou muito bem, assim como todo o restante. Fomos muito bem atendidos, especialmente no restaurante. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o serviço de quarto que passava em horários totalmente aleatórios (em plena alta temporada) e não realizou a troca de toalhas a cada três dias conforme constava nas regras gerais. Precisei no mesmo dia solicitar por duas vezes na recepção o serviço que não ocorreu. Acabou que eu mesmo peguei as toalhas novas e realizei a troca. A localização é realmente privilegiada. Poucos passos de ótimos restaurantes e da parte badalada de Búzios. Para ir as praias optei por não tirar o carro da garagem e utilizar o serviço de uber e barco táxi. Estacionamentos na região ultrapassam os R$50, por isso da minha escolha. A piscina é bem grande e esteve limpa por todo o período em que estivemos hospedados. O fundo é pintado e em vários trechos a tinta está descolando. O melhor seria se fosse de azulejo. É uma parte muito interessante do hotel com muitas cadeiras e locais para passar o tempo no entorno. Na alta temporada de Janeiro, paguei um valor de R$400 a diária incluindo acomodação e estacionamento. Optei por não pegar o café da manhã, há muitos bons locais oferecendo o serviço e gastava em torno de R$25 para duas pessoas. Acho que valeu a pena a escolha do hotel considerando os preços praticados nos hotéis da região na alta temporada.

Excelente la Pousada. El lugar súper bien ubicado, la habitación súper linda, limpia y amplia. Las piscina excelente, una viste increíble. En el resto se come muy bien y el personal de la Pousada súper atento y amable. Recomendable 100% para ir a disfrutar de Buzios

Great location and beautiful grounds. Service good overall. A few services issues at times - slow response times or having to ask for request more than once. Overall stay was a good experience though.

We had a wonderful stay at Casas Brancas! The hotel is stunning with amazing views over the water, especially at sunset. It's in a fantastic location so you can easily walk down to the main town. All of the staff are lovely, especially Gabriel who was very nice and attentive. The whole front office team were very helpful and most speak English, which was so helpful for us coming from Australia and not being able to speak Portugese or Spanish. We would definitely recommend staying here, and look to return someday in the future!

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff who mostly speak excellent english. It's on a hill and a short walk to town centre. Breakfast was very good & the food available in the bar/pool/rooms was good too. Hotel is in need of updating the rooms/bathrooms as these are tired & old. Towels need replacing as these were clean but grey/stained. Master suite booked had comfy beds & large room with balcony and outdoor seating as well as sofa. Kitchen area present but nothing supplied - no tea/coffee making facilities, no cutlery/crockery etc. Lots of steps around the property & no hand rails so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Sunbeds very, very low to ground & unusable for us. Lovely greenery everywhere & fabulous view from reception across the bay.

Once again, the Serena Hotel has surprised us for the service and quality of service! We stay in a huge and very comfortable room!!! Without talking about staff education and a beautiful breakfast!!! I always indicate!!! When we get back to the dive, we will certainly host here!! And now it will be with our baby that is already coming!!!

Wonderful experience with excellent service from the minute we walked in. Rafael went above and beyond each day giving us recommendations and accommodating our trip each step of the way. The views were immaculate, food beyond expectations, and accommodations blew us away. We cannot rave about the Insolito enough. We have already talked about our next trip back to Búzios and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. 1000/10 we loved our experience!

The room is very good, comfortable, clean and has a wonderful view! Improvement points: I made the order of a nice filet with a paddy sweet and was very bad. The breakfast is honest, tasty. 2) SPA.
