We love the location, hotel it self it’s nice, it will get a 5 star review but, it doesn’t have a AC on the rooms.. two thumbs down.. front desk staff said to me that because the weather is so nice they don’t have it.. sorry I disagree with that.
Breakfast AWESOME.. scrambled eggs two thumbs up big time!! Overall great experience!!

Very good location in a commercial area with plenty of food choices. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful and kind. The room has a good size and a nice balcony. The included breakfast was good.
On the not so good size… the room was noisy because the street in front of the main avenue. The hot water was not really hot. It was just not cold. The mattress was a little hard.
Overall, it was a good hotel. Just remember to bring earplugs.

It is a nice hotel, great people, Alejandro at the front desk is great, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was great and you can choose what you want from a menu, it was delicious.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, frente a uno de los centros comerciales más importantes de armenia y en una zona segura con muchos restaurantes y almacenes. El hotel es relativamente nuevo, bastante limpio, con habitaciones amplias. La habitación que nos dieron tenía escritorio cómodo para trabajar, nevera y un menú de varias amenidades (artículos de aseo, bebidas) a un costo moderado. No tiene aire acondicionado pero sí un ventilador en la pared. Buena cama, almohadas y sábanas. El baño es moderno y limpio, con agua caliente. El desayuno estaba incluido y fue espectacular. El parqueadero no es en el hotel sino a una cuadra del hotel. Aunque es un lote, tiene techo para proteger los carros. Se debe sellar el tiquete en el hotel. La atención del personal fue buena. Reciben pago con tarjeta de crédito. También pudimos comprar algunos regalos que ofrecen en la recepción.

Excelente opción para hosped**** en Armenia, su ubicación (estrategica tiene de todo a su alrededor), sus cómodas habitaciones, el delicioso desayuno, el aseo de las habitaciones y el servicio de todo el personal en especial de Alejo en Recepción y las chicas del servicio del desayuno. El hotel cuenta con una ubicación ventajosa frente al mall Portal del Quindio. tiene parqueadero en la cuadra de atras, pero no es problema porque estan dispuestos incluso a llevar el carro por ti, hasta el parqueadero. lo mejor de este hotel es TODO el personal, te hacen sentir realmente como en casa. El desayuno es delicioso, la internet muy buena para trabajar, y la atencion y amabilidad es de primera. Los productos del tocador ofrecidos eran de buena calidad ofrecian cafe y aromatica gratis

Es un hotel pequeño, bonito, acogedor y muy limpio en la zona norte de Armenia, justo al frente del centro comercial el portal del Quindio. Personal muy amable, servicial y siempre te guían de cómo debes movilizarte en la Cuidad, el desayuno es muy rico y en grandes porciones. La atención de Alexandra haces que te sientas como en casa.
