"The hotel is very quiet because the rooms are well soundproofed. Despite the crowds, you can't hear people or the street. Today, the Wi-Fi was back on. It's very good quality. There's no coffee available in the hotel, and it doesn't offer breakfast either. After checking out, I was able to leave my luggage at reception for an hour without any problems. The rooms are very nice, but because there's a lot of tile, the bathroom doesn't dry. Overall, an excellent hotel. I'll be back."

"Our stay at Chalet La Sofía was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us like family. They were incredibly kind, attentive, detail-oriented, prompt, and flexible, making every aspect of our stay effortless. Our family of 26 stayed for a week, and despite serving such a large group, they never got a single breakfast order wrong. The house was spotless, and our rooms were cleaned to perfection every day. During our stay, we celebrated three birthdays, and the staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. They flawlessly coordinated beautiful decorations, a delicious cake, a traditional parranda (live band), and an incredible asado (cookout). Their attention to detail made the celebration feel truly special. They also helped us with late-night food deliveries, recommended outstanding restaurants and shopping, handled our laundry, and coordinated transportation whenever we needed it. No request was ever too much. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Chalet La Sofía and the amazing people who work there. Their genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home, and by the end of our stay, they felt like an extension of our family. We will absolutely be back, and we already miss every single staff member who made our vacation so memorable.
