We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here recently. The staff was excellent and so very helpful, especially since we did not speak German. They were very friendly and quite helpful with all of our many questions. Their driver was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. The rooms were fabulous and the views from the balcony phenomenal. We will plan on coming back here again!

As in the title we were very happy with the staff and their efforts. All very friendly and polite. Hotel location is perfect for skiing and private shuttle available as needed. Good to mention is the the availability and promotion of local drinks and food. Despite we enjoyed the drinks some of the dishes were rather not meeting our taste and portion size is rather on the „smaller“ side. Sauna was fine as well as steam bath but not easy to find. Pool is for the kids - was not really inviting. Some areas could accept a little renovation especially the carpet.

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good (to keep us fuelled for skiing) and the a-la-carte dinner was great too. I liked the outdoor hot tub, it's a nice experience, with the snow all around. The bus to the ski slopes worked perfectly and the ski room was good. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. I thought the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. Overall a great experience.

The hotel is located in a quiet area a bit out of the center, but close to hiking trails. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast and dinner excellent. The staff are very friendly and happy to advise on hiking routes. We had lovely time.

Unsere Skiferien in der wunderschönen Bergwelt von Arosa war wie immer wieder ein tolles und sehr erholsames Erlebnis. Vom freundlichen Check-in über die täglichen rundum-glücklich-machenden-Services bis zum herzlichen Check-out mit zur Rückkehr "motivierenden" Aufmerksamkeiten hat alles mehr als gestimmt. Wir genossen unser sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer (Junior-Suite im 4. Stock) nach dem Skifahren, die Bar mit tollen Drinks zum Apéro und die fantastischen 5-Gang-Menüs täglich von neuem. Schon jetzt ist klar, wir wollen mehr davon und freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Besuch im Blatter's!

I was here for (unfortunately only) two nights with my wife, and it was nothing less than a fantastic place with smiling people, neat rooms, and beautiful views during almost every activity including dining, being in the room, and enjoing the welness area. Highest and warmest recommendation.
