"We were a large group that stayed at this hotel for several days last week. We know the hotel well, as we have been staying there for several years. This year I was extremely impressed by the family atmosphere that has prevailed there since the change to the upper floor. We were given a very warm welcome at the hotel and the service was top notch. Above all, Reto, who had everything under control and, no matter how hectic it was, always had a smile on his face and was in a good mood. The food was served quickly, even though we were a large group, and, of course, what is very important, it was excellent. Above all, a lot of attention is paid to detail and that sets this hotel apart from other hotels (today). The nice ladies and gentlemen at the bar and in the service (whose name I unfortunately can't remember, sorry) were also very friendly. We had a great week at the Hotel Sunstar and would like to thank everyone who spoiled us during the week from the bottom of our hearts for their efforts and certainly also for the overtime they put in for us. :) Since I also worked in a hotel a few years ago, I know how happy it is to receive positive feedback. "Stayed here for a ski vacation and had a fantastic experience. The location and infrastructure were excellent, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Our kids felt welcome and loved the playroom. The fitness room and sauna were perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious and well-maintained. Highly recommend!"
