It’s nestled away in the beautiful Swiss alps. Walking distance from the train station. Food was great and service superb. The only mild annoyance is after staying four days the charged me 2 Chf for additional pods of coffee.

Excellente expérience dans ce magnifique hôtel dont l’architecture est à couper le souffle ! La piscine intérieure est aussi très belle et cosy. Très bon emplacement à 5-10mim des télécabines et des restaurants. Le déjeuner était délicieux et complet. Personnel chaleureux.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit bestem Ausblick auf die Berge. Zimmer von der Grösse durchschnittlich aber mit schönem Balkon. Leider sind Betten extrem hart und unkomfortabel. Es gibt keine Amenities im Zimmer. Es hat eine Kaffeemaschine, jedoch keinen Tee auf dem Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Der Fitnessbereich ist sehr rediziert und auch reinigungsbedürftig. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend aber sehr essenziell gestaltet. Check-Out Zeit mit 10 Uhr sehr früh.

Für einen Sportanlass musste ich nach Arosa. Die Buchung war super einfach und unkompliziert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Fragen oder Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Die Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet und alles was man benötigt ist auffindbar. Das ganze Haus und vorallem das Hotelzimmer ist zudem sehr sauber. Das Frühstück bietet ebenfalls für jeden etwas.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und genügend gross. Die Halbpension Option haben wir nicht bereut. Die a la Carte Auswahl und das Essen waren sehr gut. Das Ambiente schön. Das zweite Restaurant im 5. Stock hat einen tollen Ausblick. Im Spielzimmer hatten unsere Kinder viel Spass und das Hallenbad war gross genug, so dass unsere Kinder niemanden gestört haben. Es gab kein Kinderbecken, aber das ist ok. Ea gibt genügend PP im Parkhaus, was sehr wichtig war aufgrund des Wettera. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr herzlich empfangen, das Eckzimmer war gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstückbuffett liess keine Wünsche offen und auch das Essen im Alpensand war sehr fein. Wir haben unser Wochenende sehr genossen. Wir kommen wieder.

Super hôtel! Bien placé et personnel très sympathique! SPA avec sauna, hammam, piscine…très apprécié après une journée de ski. Le restaurant au 5ème étage est très bon également, prix correct. Buffet pour le déjeuner varié. Rien à critiquer, je recommande cet hôtel!
