Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit vorzüglichen Restaurants und einem Service der nicht besser sein könnte. Das Spa von Mario Botta und die hoteleigene Bergbahn sind einmalig. Erfrischend auch die Begegnung mit dem Hoteldirektor Ingo Schlösser; er führte uns persönlich durch das Hotel und nahm sich Zeit für einen Drink an der Bar. Er verfügt über beeindruckende Detailkenntnisse zum Hotel, seiner Geschichte und zum Interior, das von dem bekannten Tessiner Designer Carlo Rampazzi gestaltet wurde.

Alles top! Spabereich ist traumhaft und sehr, sehr sauber! Personal unheimlich freundlich und persönlich! Betten sehr bequem, Kissenwünsche werden sofort erfüllt! Im Spabereich stehen verschiedene Getränke, Snacks (Nüsse etc) und Früchte zur freien Verfügung! Frühstückbuffet sehr reichhaltig, Service unglaublich schnell und freundlich! Grosses Highlight der hoteleigene Coaster ins Berggebiet!

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal in diesem Hotel und es war wieder ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende und was uns jedes Mal besonders gefällt, ist der Tschuggen-Express und die wunderschöne Spa-Landschaft.

Das Tschuggen Grand Hotel bietet einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Arosa, die Mitarbeiter tragen viel zu der sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre bei und sind in allen Bereichen sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist exzellent und das Abendessen im Restaurant La Collina war vorzüglich. Die private Bergbahn war für uns perfekt um einen Ausflug in das Restaurant Alp Arosa zu unternehmen und die Schönheit von Arosa zu geniessen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The staff is the warmest and friendliest of all the 5 star hotels I've been in. The amenities, rooms, food, spa, and ambience are all worthy of thier 5 star rating. Hiking is easily accessible directly from the hotel from thier private lift for hotel guest. Bravo to your entire team.

KEINE KLIMAANLAGE Meine Suite (612.- CHF / Nacht) war extrem heiss. Ich habe sofort angerufen zum Reklamieren. Die Dame von der Rezeption sagte mir, es gäbe eine Kühlung die Zeit braucht. Ich solle mich nur gedulden. Als ich das der zweiten Dame der Rezeption erzählte, hat diese nur gelacht. Sie sagte, Tschuggen habe kein Kühlsystem um im Sommer die Zimmer zu kühlen, lediglich eine Lüftung. Vermutlich hätte das eine Auszubildende falsch kommuniziert. Sie hat aber die Reklamation erneut aufgenommen und wollte das in der Managementsitzung besprechen, leider erfolgte keine Rückmeldung dazu. Ob Kühlung oder nicht: Ich habe in der Suite die ganzen 2 Tage keinerlei Kühlungseffekt bemerkt. Auch im Einzelzimmer war über 6 Tage kein Kühleffekt bemerkbar. M.E. insbesondere für eine m.E. doch eher kleine Junior Suite für 612.- / Nacht inakzeptabel. Im Anhang ein Foto von der für mein Empfinden absolut wirkungslosen Kühlung im 5*-Haus.

Meiner Meinung nach ist es absolut inakzeptabel von einem 5* Hotel , eine überhizte Suite zu 612 CHF pro Nacht zu vekaufen. M.E eine Frechheit. Dass man dem Lügen der Mitarbeiterhin und der erneuten Reklamation nicht nachgegangen ist, lasse ich hier unkommentiert. Im Anhang ein Foto von der wirkungslosen "Fake-Kühlung" im 5*-Haus.

Our stay at Hotel Tschuggen in Arosa was extraordinary. The outstanding service made us feel truly special, with the staff consistently going the extra mile. The hotel's daily activities, including a mushroom-picking excursion with the general manager, were delightful and enriching, alongside daily yoga sessions. Our room was luxurious, and room service was impressively fast, always within 15 minutes. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, and the Tschuggen Express private cable car provided exclusive and quick access to the mountains and top spots like Bear-Land. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, especially with its breakfast buffet featuring local, seasonal products, vegan and vegetarian options, and freshly prepared meals. We appreciated the vegetarian/vegan menu and healthy options available throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mauro and Robert for their warm hospitality. The gym was super clean and equipped with new machines, and the spa offered a relaxing experience. The kids club was convenient in case of bad weather and offered a wide range of quality toys, furniture, and activities. Overall, Hotel Tschuggen is very child and family-friendly, making it an ideal destination for all. The combination of outstanding service, unique activities, exceptional dining, and convenient transport options made our stay unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back in winter.

Geflüchtet vor lärmigen Handwerkern im eigenen Heim, haben wir im Tschuggen Grand die perfekte Ruheoase gefunden. Der Empfang war herzlich und die Gastfreundschaft schon vom ersten Moment an top. Von der Receptionistin wurden wir durch das Hotel zu unserem Zimmer geführt. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgerüstet. Trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen lief die Heizung auf Vollast, was nach einem Telefongespräch an die Reception innert 5 Minuten behoben wurde. Wären nur die Handwerker an der heimischen Baustelle so schnell und zuverlässig… Das Spa ist hervorragend und wunderschön. Ds absolute Highlight ist aber nicht das Spa und auch nicht das sehr gute Restaurant: es sind die Mitarbeiter, die von A bis Z freundlich, zuvorkommend und motiviert die Gäste verwöhnen. Vielen Dank!
