Wir waren in Ferienwohnung ausserhalb der Hotelsaison, dh ohne Hotelservice, Restaurant und Spa. Grosszügige, sehr schön eingerichtete 3.5 Zimmer Whg. mit drei Toiletten und grosszügigem Balkon. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn auch nicht günstig.Unkomplizerter Empfang, da Hotelreception gleichwohl bedient.

Gerne hätte ich gar keine Punkte hinterlassen! Service unterirdisch schlecht, Personal sehr unfreundlich und unflexibel. Zimmer nicht sauber! Frühstück langweilig und lieblos! Abendessen ungeniessbar! Kann von diesem Hotel nur abraten.

What a lovely hotel. Its very Eco, sustainable, very well positioned for both a walking holiday or a ski holiday and a short walk from the train station. The rooms were very clean and we had a lovely view of the mountains. Staff were super helpful and the day starts with a lovely breakfast buffet. Only downsides, the sitting area downstairs is very dark in the evening, and a big minus is that we asked for tap water at dinner and they charged 6 swiss francs for it, which was quite ridiculous as it is put in the rooms free of charge. We ate out after that and we were not charged in any other restaurants in Arosa for water. For a hotel promoting health and wellbeing tap water should be provided free of charge. However in spite of that we would definitely stay there again a lovely a**osphere, lovely people, nothing was too much trouble so thankyou for a fabulous stay.

Das Hotel haben wir absolut top gefunden. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind dort und die Zimmer sind super gross. Wir hatten zu dritt sehr gut Platz. Auch die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen: modern und doch heimelig mit viel Holz. Ein Stern Abzug wegen dem Restaurant Twist im Hotel. Als wir dort um 20:00 Essen gingen, war bereits einer der drei Menüs (das Fleischmenü - Steak) nicht mehr verfügbar. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go. Man weiss ja wie viele Gäste im Hotel sind und ein Steak ist jetzt auch nicht so was rares. Auch die Reaktion vom Service-Personal war enttäuschend (keine Lösung angeboten). Zu guter Letzt war dann das Essen was noch verfügbar war nicht wirklich speziell gut. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, aber für den Abend ein anderes Restaurant suchen.

Man wird vom Chef begrüsst, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man bekommt hervorragende *****nis. Das Design ist modern, trotzdem heimelig. Viele kleine alpine Elemente. Alles ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich willkommen. Negativ war einzig, dass wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci ans ganze Valsana-Team für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Great setting. Good size rooms. Easy access from the station & to the lifts at the bottom of the Village. The lakeside setting is lovely and is probably even more attractive in the Summer. Food was good, the spa very nice indeed. Overall, we had a lovely few days and the experience was pretty special.
