The food was very nice. The personnel was very friendly, we had a great stay at the hotel.
Trip.com should immediately change their translation agency though… We had half board, although the confirmation said „room&breakfast“. We were expecting the ski passes to be included, trip.com somehow didn’t include them.
We would recommend the hotel, but not trip.com…

This hotel is at a higher part of the Arosa village, so it’s quieter. The room I got was fairly large with a balcony facing to a pure nature! In this hotel staff is a treasure. They are really nice and helpful wherever they are in the hotel. I didn’t use the sauna and swimming pool but friends were happy with the facility.

Tudo muito agradável, staff muito simpático e prestável. Boa comida ao peq. almoço e ao jantar. Com loja para aluguer de equipamento de ski, o que simplifica a logística. Transporte de e para os meios mecânicos da estancia de ski torna tudo super confortável. Muito recomendável.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen, im Hotel, im Restaurant. Wunderbar ruhige Lage, Hotelbus zu der Skilift-Station funktioniert tadellos und unkompliziert. Gute Küche, ein vielfältiges Angebot auch für Vegetarier. Wunderschöne Wellness-Anlage, im Nebenhaus sehr ruhig- wir haben es genossen!

Sehr freundliches Personal und top Lage für Arose ob Ski oder Snowboard sehr gut erreichbar. Das Taxi was dich kostenlos an die gewünschte Stelle fährt. Essen ok. Wellness ist super Perfekt für ein paar Tage Entspannung Zimmer sind auch gross und haben ausreichend Platz

Wir haben hier unsere Skiferien während das Silvesterwochenende verbracht. Der Empfang war etwas enttäuschend aber nur zu Beginn, nachher hat alles gebessert. Wir wurden zuerst in einem Doppelzimmer geschickt obwohl eine Buchung für 3 Personen vorlag. Gott sei Dank hat die Rezeptionsdame dieses Problem schnell gelöst. Da wir nicht wussten das man im Hotelrestaurant reservieren muss und wohl keine a la Carte Möglichkeiten in diesem Restaurant gab, der Empgangsdame schulden wir einen grossen Lob für das Dinner organisieren .

Herzliche Atmoshpäre, ausführliche Info beim Einchecken, tolles Angebot (Frühstücksbuffet, Parkplatz, Sauna, ..) für einen sehr fairen Preis. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Super Angebot mit dem Hotelbus zu den Pisten. Passte perfekt für meinen Aufenthalt.

Excelsior is one of the highest situated hotel in Arosa which means you have best view from lovely terrace. Atmosphere and staff are great, room was cosy. We spent there exciting 5 days. For me as disable person was pleasant to park front of the door and for my dog, who love snow, not so heavy traffic as on main street! What I would suggest to hotel, serve more rich breakfast and prepare egs not so dry :)
