Property found by reference of a friend and booked by mm t which is a great experience for us, good hotel stay with clean rooms, prompt service. Hotel located very well area of arpora from where easy travel at all tourist places.

They don't have parking, need to park on the road. We found many cockroaches in room and everything is damaged in the room including light switch, bathroom, furniture. For breakfast, they keep only few stuffs and they keep only one fruit and don't have juice. Even staff don't say about availability of food. Try to avoid this hotel. It is better to spend somewhere more money than here.

Rooms are comfortable. Had to change room due when we checked in due to cockroaches in the room. Staff are rude. Reception managers are well trained and respectful. Breakfast needs a complete do over as very limited choices and tastes aren't great. The f&b staff are very rude and don't know how to even talk directly to a guest. Confusion between mm t and the hotel had us on the paid list for breakfast which the manager solved after showing him the booking. Mm t should look into these issues.

We got early check-in before as a given time, management system excellent. All staff's behaviour excellent. Hotels atmosphere is peaceful and pleasurable. Hotel location is at a prime area n also near by all beaches. Breakfast is also delicious. We enjoyed a lots

Rooms were good but they need to increase the manpower strength. Breakfast timing are not particular they start very late (few main items) and finish on time only. Overall good staff but little scope of improvement is there.
