"The hotel is new, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff is extremely polite and attentive. The rooms have a safe, kettle, refrigerator, and toiletries. They also provide water in liter-sized bottles. Breakfast is a buffet; the food is mostly vegetarian, but delicious. You can also request various types of omelets and bacon. The coffee from the coffee machine is good. The fitness room is small, but well-equipped for a basic workout, and it has air conditioning. The pool is also clean, with sun loungers and regular towel changes. The only downside is the extremely slow internet, which is shared between two devices in the room. Connecting not only a phone but also a laptop is difficult. Mobile internet wasn't available on the premises either."

"I can't believe how terrible this hotel was! The food was absolutely horrendous, especially the breakfast. I mean, even the Amul Butter was disgustingly stale! And don't get me started on the rooms. They're as cramped as a matchbox and they reek! It's like they've never heard of cleaning. And to top it all off, the wifi only works when it feels like it, and the staff is completely incompetent. I'm absolutely furious!"

"We had a 3 day stay and booked 3 separate rooms. After checking in, we found out that the geyser was not working and there was no water pressure at all. We could not take a shower, we could not handwash and we could not use the toilet. Then we went and found out the next day that there were more beds and bunks available. worst stay for the first time in goa never excepted this. plus they have mentioned newly renovated property as well."

"This is a fantastic little gem we were booked elsewhere which was a disaster lucky we were able to get 14 days here at a great price right in the centre of Apora ,the room was lovely very modern full aircon and fan , fridge tea coffee kettle walk in shower couldn’t fault it the staff were the best anything you needed was sorted in minutes cleaned the room everyday if you wanted in the 14 days we could see improvement in the lovely gardens ect can’t wait until next year to go back well done the Abalone"

"We reached this resort with our friends and family at the right time but the room was given around 4 in the evening. The swimming pool was very dirty and smelly, the answer was received after complaining that you can go to our neighborhood resort to take a bath. There is a power cut about 10 times a day. The food is fine but the service is very bad, again you have to wait for 20 minutes for the roti and after complaining the restaurant manager Amit comes to fight with you. Even after complaining to General Manager Javed Khan, it was of no use, rather he was engaged in finding out our mistake. Due to the room being very small and full of mosquitoes, I could not even sleep due to fear of illness. Do not make advance payment for more than one day."

"Our experience was pathetic bcuz of repeated misbehave from one of there Tabla restaurant staff Mr Manoj. He was extremely rude and had no training of how to treat the guests. When I complaint about this to there GM, our room no 702 got changed by them during the continued stay from King Size Bed, ground floor to Ist floor's room no 714 which has Queen Size bed + electrical issue. We stayed here for 3 days and currently in it. This is really a bad experience. This property is nice but the way there management is treating Indian Guests, is completely not acceptable. Will not recommend this property to anyone. The management should refund the money for this poor experience."
