The hotel itself was good value for money, rooms very clean, staff were very friendly and welcoming and the live music was great, The bad point is the food, evening meal was average and breakfast was terrible there was no colour in the bacon or sausage and my egg came out cold and nearly raw🤢

Great hotel Staff very very helpful nothing was to much for them Room was very fresh and comfortable and bathroom was immaculate We only stayed one night but we will definitely be back in the near future First class breakfast everything was served hot and tasted delicious also a selection of continental Evening entertainment was an added bonus really enjoyed it I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

I stayed here for 1 night (16/4/2024) while bicycle touring. All the staff were very professional and friendly. The facilities , room and food were good. I will stay again if I am in the area. The location offers excellent opportunities to tour the area.

We were gifted a stay by a family member, we checked in and checked out 15 minutes later. The room smelled like an old folks home and well I think the photos speak for themselves. We paid for the loch view upgrade and the member of staff at the desk said they couldn’t refund us but would pass it on to a manager, we never did get the money back. The area surrounding the hotel is stunning but I would pick a different hotel. Cant comment on the food or anything else as we never stayed long enough. Sad because I was really looking forward to the break.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and really can’t fault it at all. On arrival the receptionist was really friendly and chatty. Our room (43) was spotless. Very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years. The food was delicious. If you like pizza then you need to try the spicy chicken pizza, it was amazing! Great views and really friendly staff, I met Andrew klaudia and Jennifer who all couldn’t do enough for us. They were very welcoming. Already looking forward to my next stay 😊

Nice stay at the hotel. The room was good but above all the staff welcome was great particularly from the friendly and helpful young man Rory at the reception, and also Flo (catering staff the gentleman with the pony tail sorry if I did not get the name right). Thank you for making our stay memorable. Hopefully we will be back at some point.

Lovely hotel! Nice staff which made it so welcoming after a long journey. Receptionist was friendly , talkative and helpful. Views are gorgeous and bedroom was comfortable. The entertainment at night was suitable for everyone and all age ranges. Would stay here again!

From start to finish our stay in the Loch Long Hotel on 21st March was a delight. We met with Amanda at reception who was very friendly and helpful and arranged our booking of the hot tub, Our room, although on the small side was refurbished and very clean with a good powerful shower in the bathroom. We had a lovely loch view. The viewing room on the top floor is lovely and comfortable. Our meal in the evening was well presented and very tasty and served to us by a full of character waiter. The same cheery waiter served us our lovely breakfast. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant. We have another stay booked in June and we are both very much looking forward to it.
