A brand new hotel perfectly integrated on the promontory of Baia Sardinia, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and the traditional granite rocks of the most beautiful and authentic Sardinian coast. We stayed at the newly inaugurated 7Pines with two young couples of friends and we enjoyed every magnificent space of the property including the secret golden sand beaches easily reachable through natural paths waiting to be discovered. Our room was very spacious and with a delightful terrace equipped with a sofa that directly overlooked the beautiful swimming pool. The strong points of the room are certainly the enormous bathroom equipped with a double sink/mirror, the double wardrobe and the bar area in the room stocked with wines, spirits, snacks and everything needed for the cafeteria. Then the beds are King size with double windows overlooking the bay with a breathtaking view from dawn to dusk. Welcome from the staff of incredible authenticity and availability, the impeccable services within the structure (gym, swimming pools, restaurants) and personally I found the care and assistance during external excursions truly privileged. The restaurant offering is incredibly vast in menus: genuine and original. The Chef delighted us with dishes of the highest revisited Sardinian cuisine, the wine list of great value. The view from the Capogiro restaurant, I must admit, is the absolute added value! The breakfast buffet on the bay is well presented and organized with a large selection of fresh fruit and leavened products even for intolerant and allergic people like my partner. Don't miss the homemade desserts and cakes every morning whose scent inebriates the breakfast room. I applaud the preparation of the staff, from the reception/concierge team, to the operators on the beaches, at the spa and in all the restaurants and bars, all very attentive and available to fulfill our every wish. Commendation for cleanliness, order, organization and clarity of information. In short, the hotel was a magnificent discovery especially considering the exclusivity of the private and pristine beaches and the accessibility of the most important places of interest including Porto Cervo, Porto Quatu, Palau and the La Maddalena archipelago. We can't wait to return next year to enjoy the magnificent emerald sunsets again.
