"Nice Hotel in Arzachena. The staff is very kind and accomodating. The pool is clean and quite big. The room and the whole hotel style is a little bit outdated but the room are spacious enough and have aircon which is great. Breakfast is good enough, quite traditional. The first and seconds are frozen but they also can make you a great panino for very reasonable price. They have parking on site"

"for a first trip and visit to Sardinia, we booked 6 nights at Stazzo Lu Ciaccaru wine resort. It is located 20 to 30 min to the various beaches in north east of sardinia, and close to Porto Cervo. We booked on of the private room suite with private pool. The domain is really beautiful, in the middle on the country side, facing the Arzachena village and the mountains, in the middle of the wineyard. The architecture of the resort and the decoration is really nice and beautiful. The Restaurant Ciminea is really good with a good variety of local cuisine. The people and the service is really good, they are all very friendly. We had to make some specific arrangement for the room service, and the people and the owner of the resort have been fully arranging and adapting to our request and expectations. So, this is really a great choice for staying and visiting north Sardinia, and i warmly recommend this resort instead of considering the huge resorts on the coast."

"We check-in in this hotel on May 15th 2024. Although the pictures online showed nice, the hotel was one construction site (see pictures). One pool was empty and the other was surrounded by fences. Restaurant was under construction and there were construction activities going on in and around the hotel. We asked for a refund and were told that we could just stay. The manager informed us that the closed pool was a children's pool, that we would not use anyway. I indicated that this is not our idea of a holiday. She advised us to go to the beach. Apart from the construction activities, I would not recommend the hotel. It is alongside a busy road, it is cramped and the view is not great. Furthermore, the manager is outright rude. Avoid this place!"

After a week of sailing, we didn't need a hotel by the sea, so we chose this place—a true oasis—and we weren't disappointed 😍 The grounds, the room, the restaurant for the evening—everything was wow! The restaurant prices were also very reasonable. What could be improved: The entire staff is very friendly, but the receptionists don't tell us much about the hotel's facilities. We found the gym while walking around the grounds after we checked out. Beach towels could be provided."
