Location incantevole! Le recensioni non gli rendono giustizia! L’hotel è praticamente il cuore di Poltu Qualtu per chi ha la fortuna di alloggiarvi. Gode di una vista fantastica da ogni lato, dalla piscina si ammira il panorama che contrasta tra il bianco della struttura alla parete rocciosa che si trova di fronte.Dal ristorante della colazione ed anche dal Tanit, il panorama cambia e ci si ritrova direttamente sul porto, piccolo e intimo. Lo staff è sempre cordiale e disponibile. È stato un soggiorno magico!

The hotel is very clean and well maintained and near the beach. Note that there is nothing in the apartment (no oil, salt, sugar, but also spoons and dishes detergent, but you are required to leave the kitchen in the same cleaning state as it is delivered). For the cost I find that not even leave in detergent for dishes and a swamp is unacceptable. It is also noted that the late check out cost is really unprecedented (230€), but you can use the pool (and the related services) and parking free on the checkout day. Overall, the assessment is positive for the functionality of the apartment and the proximity to the sea,but given the costs the level of services I expected was significantly higher

The location is fantastic. We stayed here as a couple, and the biggest highlight was definitely the view — the sea is literally about 20 metres away, with a beautiful direct view from the terrace/balcony. The hotel also has its own small private beach, which is very cozy and pleasant. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent: Porto Cervo and the marina are only about 10 minutes away by car. The main downside is that the hotel itself feels quite dated. You can imagine that 30 years ago it was a luxurious property, but today the rooms clearly need renovation. Our room was quite small, around 15 m², with old wooden doors and even traditional mechanical keys. There is a certain old-fashioned Italian charm to it, but for this hotel category and price, the rooms could definitely be more modern and comfortable. The food was average. The indoor dining area where we had a meal had a very strong food smell, so we preferred sitting outside. Breakfast was served in another area and was perfectly fine overall. In short: an amazing seaside location, beautiful views, a lovely private beach and very friendly staff, but the rooms and some parts of the hotel are noticeably outdated and would benefit from renovation.

Séjour fantastique, jamais rencontré uine responsable aussi extraordinaire ainsi que son personnel! toujours aux petits soins et très arrengeants, toujours présents. L'hôtel est calme et paisible c'est un petit havre de paix à 5 mn de la superbe plage cappricioli.

I had a nice day at Colonna County Club hotel. The hotel is clean and in a lovely area, and the staff took great care to keep everything looking beautiful, including the breakfast, which was just lovely. I had an issue with the front desk staff which caused some confusion and inconvenience, but after speaking with the manager he did everything he could to right the situation. He and the staff truly care about the satisfaction of their guests, and because of this I highly recommend staying at the Colonna Country Club.

We love this hotel, had a lovely room with very new fittings and modern
