Super Hotel Asahikawa

The rooms are small, the breakfast has a limited variety, and you have to bring your own amenities. However, the price is low, so it's not a big deal, and you don't have to pay for unnecessary services, so I think it's good value for money. If I had to say one thing, it would be that the large public bath is small, so when other people are showering, the water can splash right at you depending on the direction the shower is pointing. It's a matter of how you use it, but since it's smaller than a regular hot spring facility, it's easy to notice, and I think the difference between those who don't mind and those who do is clear. It would be nice if there were some kind of warning sign.

The location of the hotel is great. There are many parking lots around and there are also convenience stores nearby. You can choose pillows in the hotel and you can also choose from 1-berth and five types of products. It's great! The bathhouse is not big, but although it is small, it has all the internal organs!

I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days with two high school boys who are over 180 cm tall and myself who is also over 180 cm tall. It seems to be the same system as the Toyoko Inn where I stayed when I traveled alone to Tokyo last year. It is quiet because it feels like a hotel mainly used by Japanese businessmen. Unlike Toyoko Inn which mainly serves onigiri, I really liked that the three main side dishes are changed every morning by the company. And the public bathhouse that is used by men and women at different times is a hot spring! The water is not bad compared to other hot springs and it is small but nice. The room is also a triple room like Toyoko Inn, but it is well-organized with a double bed and a bunk bed, so traveling and sleeping were not too difficult. From 3 PM to 8 PM, wine including Suntory vodka and Suntory whiskey are continuously provided. Drinks and juice water are also provided from the machine. They cleaned the room on the second day out of four, and the towels and toiletries were really excessively diverse and sufficient. The staff are friendly. The embarrassing thing is that at midnight, the door is closed for security reasons. Instead, you can enter freely by entering your room PIN number!
