This hotel was such a joy, everything was well arranged, clean and easy. Easy check in and out, easy to grab a bite at the mall downstairs, easy to catch a train. Onsen was decent, with a nice outside bath. You could even pick out your own style pillow, different materials displayed after each pillow. Last but not least, they had a lounge, serving free hot drink and and nice seats in an old library style. Perfect hotel if you want to stop over and catch the train somewhere.

The hotel is on the upper floor of the shopping mall at the station. The door to the hotel from the parking lot is in the corner. If you don't pay attention, you will miss it.
It is also because it is on the upper floor of the shopping mall that you need to change elevators to enter and exit the hotel, which is inconvenient.
The hotel facilities are quite new, the bathroom is larger than expected (compared with other Japanese hotels), and clean!

Room size is comfortable and they offer different type of pillows to cater to different needs. One of our fav stay in Hokkaido. Will be good if they can offer free carpark for hotel guests. Breakfast spread is not too bad and quality good. Kids amenities are provided and onsen available. Overall a very good stay
