For the price paid, there was nth we do not like about this place! Super value for money with a small kitchen in the room! Check in/out was fuss free through a tablet

Since you are traveling by car, you don’t have to be near public transportation. But the location of the hotel is pretty good. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the famous Genghis Khan Barbeque for dinner. When I was driving to leave the next day, I discovered that there was a convenience store on the other side of the corner. ⋯I went to a hotel far away the night before, haha

Self-check-in, parking spaces at the door are first come, first served. The room is quite large and has a dressing room. The only pity is that there is no washing machine in the room.

The sheets were dirty in some places and I was worried whether they had been replaced, but other than that I thought it was a good choice as it had a clean feel. I could hear footsteps from upstairs late at night or early in the morning, and the TV suddenly turned on at 5am, probably because the previous guest had used the reservation feature on the TV, which woke me up, which was disappointing, but overall. I'm satisfied with that.

Super easy to check in. Room facilities are also well maintained. We like that there are kitchen facilities. It would be great if there were laundry facilites.

The space is quite large, the bathroom equipment is new, and there is no housekeeping service after staying for 5 nights. The carpet always feels dirty after using the kitchen. There is no vacuum cleaner. Three free parking spaces are parked on a first-come-first-served basis. The nearby parking lot is very expensive, relatively remote, and very Quiet.

The facility is new, the rooms are well-cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. I think this is a private lodging that I would like to use again for family trips. I was also happy that it was fully air-conditioned. Also, if I could be greedy, I would like the check-in/out system to be a little simpler. It would be helpful if I could check in and out online.

I was bothered by the smell when I entered the room, so I used a bottle of deodorant. Other than that it was very good.

I was surprised to find that payment on site was only possible in cash, and that I had to pay exactly to the decimal point. I doubt many people carry that much cash these days... The parking lot was full so I parked at Times Square, but it cost 1800 yen. I thought that was a bit pricey.

We sent an email early in the morning to reserve a parking space in the parking lot, but there was no reply from the hotel and they ignored us! When I arrived at the hotel, I learned that there was no reserved parking space and no one could be found to help! I had to self-check-in via iPad, and there wasn’t even any inquiry phone number to help! If my iPad doesn't work properly, will I be punished tonight? I'm definitely giving it a bad review. Furthermore, this hotel did not list that the hotel does not have a lift, so you need to carry your luggage yourself!

It was very good. I'll come back here again!
