Ha tutti i servizi che si potrebbero richiedere, la piscina è bella e il ristorante offre buon cibo. Lasciano molto, troppo, a desiderare le pulizie delle camere, sia all arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Non si può aver paura di mettere i piedi nudi nel pavimento perché è appiccicoso, non in un quattro stelle. In compenso ci cambiavano gli asciugamani ogni giorno.

La atención excelente, especialmente Hatem en recepción, es un hombre muy divertido. La atención de Sofia fue excelente también. Los desayunos son muy variados y muy sabrosos. Los café especiales también. Recomiendo este hotel altamente.

Posizione eccezionale. Personale gentile camere molto belle. Per visitare la provincia di Siena è un ottimo punto d'appoggio. Anche i consigli sono puntuali e precisi. Colazione per tutti i gusti. Piscina e sauna permettono di riempire la giornata

La stanza (241) dove ho dormito abbastanza ampia e suddivisa bene ma in bagno si sentiva un odore sgradevole, il letto doppio era su in soppalco e lì morivi di caldo invece giù si stava quasi bene, divano letto abbastanza scomodo e la porta blindata da sostituire.
Ottima la cucina. Accettabile la colazione. Il resto non ho potuto usufruire.

E' quello che ho avvertito durante il soggiorno, purtroppo di una sola notte in questa splendida struttura. Cortesia di tutto lo staff, pulizia, bellezza di arredi ed architettura sono notevoli. Una cena stupenda con qualità di cibo e vino eccellente. Complimenti davvero.

Un albergo moderno vicino Siena che offre una grande varietà di servizi come una bella piscina coperta e riscaldata, un bar per aperitivi, una palestra, e una zona benessere con sauna e tisane. Locato in una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere in 10/20 minuti di macchina diversi luoghi di interesse storico e naturalistico. Belle camere moderne con letti grandi e confortevoli. La colazione è abbondante e completa. Nota positiva è che accettano i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Inoltre una nota di merito va al personale della reception e di sala per la empatica disponibilità nell'accoglienza e per i sorrisi sempre offerti ai clienti. Bravi ....bella gestione.
