Overall average experience. The bathroom condition was not very good and the cleanliness. See the attached pictures. No WiFi service. Not value for the money. Amenities were not very good.
On average staff were helpful apart from some of them.

I was particularly impressed with the outstanding professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. I would like to mention Adrian, Jenny and Justina in particular for their 5* Star Service. The room and bathroom were spotless, both were well appointed and the bed was SO comfortable. Before going to bed we enjoyed a good couple of drinks and a chat in the Bar Cafe and breakfast the next day was outstanding. Travelodge must be very proud of these employees but most of all they can be very proud of themselves. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. Well done!!!

What a lovely place to stay. Room was incredibly clean and extremely comfortable. The manager Adrian was a total credit to his company being polite, friendly and very helpful. The cooked breakfast was very tasty and thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended 5* A+

Good stay with the kids during Easter. Room was very clean and big enough for us all. Ate and had a drink in the bar, very nice. Lots to do on the retail park. Ended up at the cinema. Excellent all round

Unfortunately the room I stayed in was not clean. The toilet had stains on it and had not been cleaned other than the seat. There was spillage stains and marks on the surfaces in the room and the carpets were not clean. One bath towel had stains on it. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a travelodge which are generally not bad.

Travelling with a pet this Travelodge is by one of best we have stayed in throughout the year. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to see to our needs. The room was spotless and the bedding smelt fresh and crispy clean.
