"The Holiday Inn staff are always smiling and every time they pass by the reception they are greeted warmly and feel like home. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast. There are not too many kinds of food, but it is good for us. Maria, the waiter in the restaurant, will say hello to each guest every day. During the conversation, we also deepened our understanding of the local culture. Other employees will be very busy in the restaurant and do everything. Sometimes there is a shortage of staff, and the chef will personally deliver hot food to the restaurant front desk, so that the guests can enjoy the rich as soon as possible. breakfast. "We had a super trip to the hotel as a couple + a dog. We used the hotel as a base while exploring Kent, and it was perfectly located for that. The rooms were indeed a bit dated, but this is a non issue for us. Large parking lot on site. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good (though coffee could be better), staff was super friendly, and the wellness (gym, spa) facilities were a great bonus. We will for sure stay again if we are in the area."

"Generous sized room (we were in standard double), very comfortable bed, bathroom appeared newly installed. Huge carpark! We chose hotel as it was within walking distance of a party we went to and would stay again if needing accommodation in Ashford."

"Aside from a couple of issues Kelly, Caitlin and Marta meant this trip surpassed our expectations. From booking to departure nothing was too much trouble. With two young babies this makes all the difference. Spacious room, two cots, kids eat free, convenient parking. Location suited us with trips planned to Leeds castle and Port Lympne. Staff friendliness was great from all but especially Caitlin who was always on hand at dining times and helped with our girls. On site playground old but handy. Only minor issues were the early maintenance work / noise on our first morning, room servicing on first day and some confusion about late check out. All in all, highly recommend!"
