Premier Inn Ashford North

Stopped at Ashford en-route to France for a few nights. Hotel was exactly what I expected as I’ve stopped there before. I’ve had it cheaper, but considering it was a bank holiday weekend I expected it to be more. We ate at the beefeater attached to the hotel & the service was awful. Had to wait over an hour from ordering to getting my food. The food was mediocre at best and certainly not worth what I paid. I’ll definitely stop here again, but will eat elsewhere…

A comfortable stay in this Premier Inn, which we were using as a base for a 3 night mini-break touring around east Kent. It offered really good value accommodation and the food in the Beefeater next door was excellent. Our room was away from the main road and very quiet. One star lost for the very poor WiFi, otherwise everything was as expected and more.

It was comfy enough, the bathroom smelt a little damp and signs of mold. Love having an opening window. Areas of the carpet had heavy dust. Annoying not to have a socket on both sides of the bed. Also be aware the car park was full and there is no lift if you have mobility issues.

A friendly welcome from Mandy who was very helpful. Restaurant staff at breakfast were very good even though it was very busy on Mothers Day. Very good value and accommodation. Would happily return again.

Hotel really nice room. Nothing to much trouble for the staff. Amanda on reception was very helpful. She had Good local knowledge . And was helpful with booking meals and breakfast at the on-site beefeater. Nice local walks hothfield common close by a really nice area to explore😀

Good bed, nice staff and enough parking space. Petrol station nearby. Nice place to stay. I always go to a Premier Inn when I am on holiday in the United Kingdom. You always know what you get, no surprises.

Whenever I am working in the area I always make this my goto hotel, clean, comfortable and always a lovely welcome from all of the staff there, nothing seems to much trouble for them. Restaurant next door has a good menu and great value if you take advantage of the meal deal.

Visited recently driving to the ferry to France. The rooms smell terrible, a damp, musty smell. Changed rooms to find an even worse overwhelming drainage smell coming from the bathroom. Didn’t try any of the upstairs rooms, only the ground floor. Staff friendly and helpful and the room itself was clean however the smell was horrendous and I wouldn’t recommend/return.

Nice hotel and restaurant. Unfortunately noisy throughout the night which interfered with my sleep. Breakfast was good although missing one order. Parking was good and security questions were asked when arriving on site.
