When I made a reservation, I wrote that I would like to tell you if I have allergies, so I was inquiring from the ”inquiry” on the homepage, but there was no reply until check-in. I already felt uneasy here. Check-in was splendidly skipped and waited for more than 20 minutes. It was not responded for a while even if it was told. At last, a male staff appeared and the procedure began, but the allergy was not understood. Allergy is related to the life and death of a person, and even if you tell me that you want to respond properly, you will not be able to confirm the contents of the allergy by laughing and saying ”sorry, sorry” I was. When you check in, you can have a hot spring manju in a lounge where only the guests enter. However, there is already no at check-in. When I asked if it was in the staff, I was told to ”prepare immediately”, but no replenishment was made. I couldn't. The staff seem to be a hotel that is characterized by busy running around in front of the guests, but it is not necessary. I entered the room and tried to call the front desk by phone, but it was not connected. The line of the inner line telephone is out. What do you do in emergency? When I talked to the man at the front desk about allergies, I replied, ”it's good to pull out 〇〇?” I didn't think it was a very gentleman's response at the front desk. The man at this front desk did not accurately grasp the information of the allergy that you have already told. And dinner. When guided to the seat, there was no confirmation of allergy. When I was waiting for 30 minutes in the seat, the next 々 and the meal with allergy were carried. Even if I explained that there was something impossible, I was carried again. The next morning breakfast asked me to teach you a dish containing allergens, but finally I didn't tell you anything. Allergy is death-driven, and it must be treated carefully. That's the state. There was no sharing of information. What if I die in my mouth without notice? If I can't cope with allergies, if I can't cope from the beginning, the guests can cope with it. The facilities were good, but the software part was the worst hotel at all.

I enjoyed my stay at La Vista Furano which provided good service, very decent room, complimentary and nice onsen (though not genuine hot spring water), free late night ramen, free car park, etc. we chose the eco package (no cleaning service) and it was a short stay of 3 nights only. They provided new towels every day as long as we put the used towels outside of the room at specific time every day. The only thing was they didn’t replenish the rubbish bin bag after we put the rubbish outside the room. They also didn’t replenish the bottled water daily. Hope that can be improved.

Pros - 1) Convenient location close to many good eateries (Kumagera, Masaya, Sennari etc), a drugmart and a supermarket. 2) Free parking (30 lots). 3) Our room (777 - where they previously filmed a Korean drama) was spacious, clean and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. 4) Service was great even though English is a tad limited. Cons - 1) TV channels are predominantly in Japanese save for BBC and 1 Chinese channel.

Stayed 2 nights. Corner room has a weird configurations. Room door opens into a long hallway facing the bathroom with a sink in the hallway and the bedroom off to the side via a door. The hotel is showing age but decently maintained as much as possible. The hardware seemed typical old style Japanese hotel. We had two rooms and somehow one room gets toiletry packs with coffee and another didn’t consistently. Breakfast and dinner buffet had decent spreads but nothing impressionable. No porter service was provided.

Fairly new hotel in Furano. It has good sized rooms, pretty quiet and good beds. Good shower, coffee all day, very clean . Breakfast was satisfactory but there is NO bread, you can bake a bun, but with one small toaster you can wait awhile. The food is not hot. Good COVID safety measures are in place. There is no hanging hooks anywhere in room you can’t hang up a coat ( such a simple thing to fix. ) Bedside table is very tiny. English is not well spoken and staff mainly use a translation app. For a couple of days we had a competent English speaker. English is not necessary but was advertised as English speaking staff. Restaurant, well it doesn’t really exist, open only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You have to book in the day before, we tried to book in 8.00 AM FOR THAT EVENING, they had to ring chef and ask if that was ok? So if you arrive on a Friday you can’t get a meal till Saturday night. No wonder there was only 4 people in restaurant, however the meal was very good. We arrived at restaurant early intending to have a drink before the meal, but were advised to come back at correct time. There is only one vending machine which only sells drinks. There is no where to order a snack, soup etc. Laundry was good. The bus from the airport does not stop at the hotel. The footpaths had not been cleared and it was very slippery, icy and dangerous, on top of that the entrance to hotel had not been cleared.- they have some very fancy clearing equipment in the lobby. The staff were polite but not helpful couldn’t offer any suggestion for a meal that was close by, I think that overall you could find a better place to stay, with a shuttle service, bus drop off and cafe restaurant that is open 7 days

If it's ski season, this must be a very, very, very good ideal place to stay! Opposite the window is the snow track and sports center, and there are even hot air balloons in the morning. There are pots and pans, refrigerators, washing machines, toasters, and coffee machines in the room! The room is big enough and the equipment is very new! And yesterday, the two of us stayed in the entire hotel, and even helped us check in. Before 7 o'clock in the evening, the whole hotel was deserted... But there is no need to worry about safety, there is nothing safer than swiping a card to enter the hotel gate yes~ Although there was a bit of an oolong in the check-in, the overall feeling is very good~ It is much better than staying in a team hotel with a black and white team~ In summer, it is recommended that you choose a room overlooking the entire town of Furano, and in winter, a room facing the snow path is recommended. It is recommended that small partners who travel independently choose.

I normally don’t do places with shared bathrooms by this was the most conveniently located accommodation near the train station. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how new it was and that breakfast was offered. I really enjoyed my stay and the English speaking staff. It is simple and the rooms are tight but it is worth it if you’re just trying to see the fields or the famous aoi ike/ blue pond. There is a bus nearby that will go by the pond and other sites. However the schedule is aggressive (only 15 minutes at the pond before the next bus leaves) so I suggest taking a taxi. They charge 7000 yen for 1.5 hours or 9500 for 2 hours since it takes a while to get there and back. Most taxis in town have this course that you can choose from.

A great place, clean, comfortable, and well-soundproofed. The breakfast is even more popular. From side dishes to various bread snacks, they are made with local Furano ingredients. They are fresh and smooth, and warm snacks👍🏻 The sparkling wine produced by the hotel and winery is also delicious.

It's a pity that there is no large communal bath, but it's a gem that doesn't cost 10,000 yen with breakfast despite the top season on Saturday, July 8, adjacent to Biei Station ＆ ”Michi no Eki Oka no Kura”. The room is small and simple, and it is glad that the bus toilet is independent. Before Corona, I was able to eat dinner at the １ F restaurant, but the restaurant was still not open. There is a convenience store in front of the station, and there is a 7-Eleven about 5 minutes walk, so I made a delicious dinner with my favorite side dish ･ ingredients and alcohol. It is also good to base Furano sightseeing, Asahikawa sightseeing, and Tokachidake mountain foot sightseeing. You can enjoy all the sightseeing spots with plenty of room for 2 nights.
