My one complaint is that they say they have cribs available. However, they only have one pack and play for the entire hotel and one of the arms doesn't lock in place.

We needed some space and we needed quiet to do a traveling Zoom singalong. My husband on guitar, me on ukulele. Plaza Inn was comfy and quiet plus it was a really good breakfast. How often can you say that? We loved being able to walk in downtown Ashland so easily. All in all, since the Columbia Hotel is closed, this will be my Ashland spot.

Check in was bad. Sign on front desk said they were making deliveries and would be back soon. After waiting 15 minutes someone that was in the back office the whole time came out when I rang the bell. No parking was available. Had to park on the street.

This is normally our go-to in Ashland. It is conveniently located and has great amenities. This stay was ok. Room was clean and adequate. But the breakfast was a disappointment. Multiple items out of stock. Seemed to have insufficient staff and food to manage the crowd. And the hot tub was out of order. )-:

My husband and I stay at the Plaza Inn every time we come to Ashland. The location couldn't be better! The hotel is comfortable and nicely decorated. It has all the amenities we could want including a hot buffet breakfast and snacks and wine for sale at the front desk! The staff are very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the shower is hot.

We started staying at the Plaza many years ago. It has really gone downhill. Most recent
Stay the room was dirty, no other way to say it. Hot tub broken and empty with moss growing in it. No Christmas decorations, staff was indifferent and not friendly. This place is obviously being milked and it shows big time. Won’t stay here again.
