Except for the slightly inferior location, the service, scenery, meals, and hot springs are all the ultimate enjoyment!
You can see Mount Aso from your room.
After enjoying breakfast, they also provided us with hot rice balls before traveling. The self-paid dinner costs 6,600 yen per person. It may seem like a small amount, but it is so filling that we will be our first choice for accommodation next time we travel to Aso!

The rooms are comfortable and the four hot springs that can be used as family baths are all excellent. Dinner is very delicious, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was also healthy, delicious, and plentiful. My parents highly praised both dinner and breakfast. Also, the staff welcomed us with bright and lively energy, making us feel very happy during our stay. The onigiri served for lunch was also delicious. If I go to Mt. Aso again, I will visit again. I intend to visit again.
It is considered a reasonably priced ryokan.
Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the open-air bath for private use was also excellent.
However, since it is located on Mt. Aso, there was a slight smell that was believed to be horse and cow feces.
The name Asonoshiki was funny, but the name Aso's Four Seasons suits this ryokan very well.
I would like to visit again in the spring, summer, and fall.

This is a small ryokan. It’s very clean as no shoes are allowed. Both breakfast and dinner are decent. Served as a set. One thing to note is there’s no bathroom in the room, only toilet. Can only shower at the onsen.
