Very bad experience. I booked a Japanese-style room through the website and entered the information of 2 adults and 3 children. The confirmation letter has stated that it includes 5 Japanese-style futons and breakfast for 2 people. When picking up the room, the hotel informed the website that it had only booked a room for 2 people, so it could only provide 2 beds. Even after I showed him the confirmation letter, he said that he could only provide 2 beds, and if he wanted more, he would have to pay extra. Since breakfast is only included for 2 people, an additional 1,500 Yen per child will be charged. We said that if we didn’t eat it, the adults wouldn’t eat it either. The lobby manager said that if you don’t eat, you still have to pay. This is the rule of their hotel! This is the first time I heard that I have to pay even if I don’t eat!!! I was very angry and argued with him, and his attitude was also very bad. Finally, he told me that if you are not satisfied, you don’t have to leave the hotel. In the end I paid, but I must file a complaint against him!! The website later compensated me for the overpayment, but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The breakfast at the hotel was okay, but the dinner was a bit disappointing. I would rather just book a room with breakfast and have dinner at another yakiniku restaurant in the hotel (make sure to check the closing days). I booked a Japanese-style room with tatami mats. The room is very good. One person can only sleep on a hard pillow, and the other can only sleep on a soft pillow, but this hotel pillow was acceptable to both of us. There are plenty of parking spaces and many hot spring options (but not the ones with a strong sulfur smell). Overall, it's OK.

A large hotel, the room furnishings are relatively old, the breakfast and evening buffets are ordinary, there are 3 hot springs in total, they are also old but they feel hygienic; the location is very good, close to Aso attractions, it would be better not to be regarded as a hot spring hotel, it is like a hotel for tour groups.

Bugs are everywhere in the room and soup pool, but the view near the hotel is good.

The waiter speaks Mandarin and Mandarin, explaining each floor and meal time, very kind. Although the facilities are old enough, it is very convenient to the zoo and Kusashiri.

The Japanese room is very comfortable. There are 3 types of bathing areas, and there is also a small swimming pool. It is suitable for children. You can also bathe in the room. There are many wines for dinner. On the contrary, I feel that there are not so many types of meals. The beef is good. There are many types of breakfast, and it is also delicious. Go early When you arrive at the hotel, you can enjoy the facilities, and it belongs to the hotel where you can stay longer and rest.

We arrived a little late, and the service staff explained the hotel facilities and service time in detail, with a very friendly attitude. The room is clean and tidy, but a bit old. The breakfast is very rich and the service staff are very polite. There is a small shop opposite the hotel, which has cooked food and fried food, and the price is also reasonable.
