The service is horrendous. Always understaffed. Room poorly cleaned. Such a lack of an attention to hospitality. The internet was slower than using cellular data and the pool / hot tub area is very far away from the rooms; you freeze on your way to them!

The Gant always delivers. Have stayed here many times though the years. Excellent location and friendly staff. Walkable to most places in town and also offers complimentary transportation. Friends on this trip had a very positive experience as it was their first time staying here.

Overall excellent location and every element of the team. Having stayed many times on rental, do find that each unit can be a bit different not just how it is designed but where it is placed. Difference in views and sound depending on how close to where the cars park. Also controlling the interior temperature can be challenging.

From management to the bus drivers and cleaning staff... our stay at the Gant was outstanding! Pepper Jacks had the best breakfast and happy hour! Pool and Spa were top notch after a day on the slopes! Pillows and bedding were to die for! Can't wait to come back for their great service!

The front desk manager was excellent. The shuttle service was excellent. And the location was perfect. We booked with American Express Premium so we were given an upgrade. Our two bedroom "deluxe" unit was dated, the washing machine smelled awful and the soap dispenser kept falling off. The grill for the refrigerator also kept detaching. The coffee machine needs to be replaced or cleaned. The heating was a combination of baseboard and mini splits. It was impossible to find a good temperature without constantly adjusting the two systems. For the money, it was the most reasonable price we could find for the size. It would not take too much effort / updating on the hotels part to make this a 5 star review. Attention to the details - especially at a resort in downtown Aspen - could be much better.

"Stayed" at this hotel during a business trip. The bathroom flooded, there was no one available at the desk to help, and when I finally tracked someone down via security, they couldn't find my car at the valet. "Stayed" is in quotation marks because I left this hotel due to the above issues and, to top it all off, they refused to credit any of my remaining stay when I needed to find other accommodations. I am flabbergasted. The property appeared nice, but looks can be deceiving.

The rooms were spacious and clean, front desk, concierge were so helpful. Shuttle drivers were always smiling and accommodating. I have stayed here several times and would not stay anywhere else in Aspen!

What an absolutely FANTASTIC property! The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they helped to make our stay exceptional. Pool and hot tub area was very well maintained, nice facilities. Extremely spacious condos, wood burning fireplace, fully stocked wood pile, huge tv in the large living room area, very comfortable and homey. Definitely coming back!
