I had a wonderful week-long stay at the chalet. My friends and I were picked up by the hotel shuttle and enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts. Also, they could accommodate an early check-in and hold our bags for a day. Hospitality was great, and I would love to stay again!

Excellent stay in a quaint and cozy hotel. Perfect location to slopes, restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly! Needs a cosmetic update but glad we chose Mountain Chalet.

The staff was extremely courteous, nice and professional. However the hotel is in poor conditions, the bathroom was falling apart, rusted, water leaking and the door from the bathroom was also in bad conditions. I could hear the people next door talking. The WiFi was also terrible, the only way for it to work was by being in the lobby. We were expecting something better for the price. Definitely will not go back and would not recommend.

It is not a clean hotel. Our room smelled bad. Parking is very small, we ended up parking farther away and pay for the parking.

Hotel is about to undergoe a massive remodel. There is charm to the original 50s vibe but it only goes so far. Rooms were not comfortable - hard to get temp right and get it dark.
