服務一般，沒有很熱情。
比較陳舊，地毯比較臟。
房間還算比較大。
不知道是不是開了暖氣，感覺屋子裡特別的燥熱。
早餐選擇很少。
哈薩克斯坦的酒店都比較貴，但是卻不是很好。

浴室衹有浴缸，面積較小，蓮蓬頭開關是旋鈕，手滑還擰不動，洗澡不太方便
浴室設施不太好，其他沒有大問題

設施陳舊，服務一般，住兩天也沒有打掃房間，還沒有到退房時間就開始打電話催促了，已經不是第一次了，是怕客户不退房嗎？早餐也開始糊弄人了，一般般，不再有興趣了。
