"Everything was great! The room was clean, towels were changed daily! The hotel is conveniently located! The only downside I'd mention is the breakfast, or rather, the fact that it was cold! The steam tables don't warm up at all, which is odd 🫣"

"What they call the Elite Apart Hotel is actually a few separate rooms in a very strange, huge apartment building (one of the blocks of the Highvill residential complex). It feels a bit abandoned – the common corridors have cracks on the walls and ceiling, it's pretty dirty everywhere as if the floors aren't really cleaned, and you wait for the elevators for an incredibly long time. The code for the main entrance door to the building often doesn't work. There's no navigation inside the building, despite having different entrances and a very weird floor numbering system – it turns out D1 to D6 are parking levels, and then the residential floors start from 1. By the way, there’s no physical key for the room; you enter with a code, and I’m not sure if these codes are ever changed. We practically stumbled upon the reception, deep inside the 6th floor, in a room where part of it was covered with plastic film and undergoing renovation. The two-room apartment itself was generally okay, in better condition than the common areas of the building. It's large, as shown in the photos, well-equipped with plenty of amenities, but a bit worn in places – wallpaper peeling in some spots, laminate coming off the chipboard on some cabinets, and a window stopper torn off. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, and it was too hot. The room cleaning wasn't thorough – dust and hair in the pull-out sofa, stains on the bedspread, and dirt on the shower walls with some mold. We showed the dust and dirt to the manager; she took photos but didn't send any housekeepers. On the plus side, the location is very convenient. It's a 3-minute walk to the US Embassy, so many people stay there when coming for visa interviews."

"Environment: Great location, plenty of elevators, no long waits. Staying on the 21st floor, I had a nice view of the Khan's Tent in the city center. Cleanliness: The toilet paper roll was poor quality, and there was no toilet paper in the room. The room smelled of stale body odor upon entering, but I couldn't open the windows all the time for ventilation. Service: Room cleaning sometimes came at 8 AM and sometimes at 6 PM, with irregular schedules. There was a spa and bar, but I didn't try them. The breakfast was limited in variety and not very tasty."

"Unfortunately, the takeaway breakfast I had requested a waiter - staff member for our early 6 a.m. departure was not prepared. I specifically asked for it the day before, clearly stating that I would be leaving at 6 a.m. To confirm, I even followed up with another staff member that same evening, who assured me the breakfast was already packed and would be ready for me upon departure. However, when we arrived at reception at 6 a.m., the front desk staff claimed the packed breakfasts were not ours and refused to provide them, saying we hadn’t informed them of our request. This clearly highlights a communication breakdown between the hotel staff and management."

"From the outside the hotel looks a bit old, but in fact its very clean modern rooms, and friendly employees. Only thing is that there is no elevator, so my room at 5th floor is good exercise;)"

"From all heart I recommend this wonderful hostel! Here is ‑ home comfortable atmosphere: clean, comfortable and very spiritually. It is especially desirable to note the staff: workers live directly in the hostel and therefore with special care are monitored with order, cleanliness and washing everything as in the real family. Another big plus common kitchen, where it is easy to get acquainted with other guests, to communicate and feel part of a friendly company."

"Front desk spoke English, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a good design, was clean and made up everyday with new towels. Fantastic location, near 2 malls and other cafes. Will definitely come back here when I visit Astana again"

"очень милый, уютный отель. ездили сдавать экзамен, выбирали отель поближе к центру, до idp ielts astana минут 20 пешком, рядом было всё, что нужно: где поесть, выпить кофе, купить продукты, ещё был ЦОН и аптеки. отель немного уставший, старенький, завтраки однообразные, но персонал делает всё, ты действительно ощущаешь себя гостем, которому рады, при необходимости к тебе и в 10 вечера могут отправить горничную, чтобы навести порядок — на все просьбы администраторы реагировали очень быстро и отзывчиво. особенно бы хотелось выделить администратора Жаналык, от него веет добром и гостеприимностью🥹🙏🏻 из минусов: в душевой очень плохо сделан слив, поэтому вся ванная постоянно была в воде — огромная лужа на все помещение. и сам душ тоже был не самым удобным /("
