YYahia TThis was by far the best hotel experience of my life. The St. Regis is the embodiment of luxury and in Astana it is extremely good value for money in a majestic city that is truly a hidden gem.
The staff are caring, hospitable and cheerful, always going above and beyond for your needs. The breakfast merged variety with the best quality I've ever experienced in a hotel ever. The room... My goodness was the room luxurious and stunning for their most basic one.
Without a doubt, if you are coming to Astana, which you should, The St. Regis is the place to stay.

YYahia THonestly this hotel is good. But it isn't great. I've stayed in a cheaper and slightly more expensive hotel and both were much better as an overall experience.
The staff are nice but aren't the most hospitable, the food was ok and service therein was meh.
The spa, sauna and hammam are fantastic. The room is good but again not great.
Overall this hotel is good and in a great location. It's not what I expected from the Rixos chain at all and I was not impressed to explore the chain further.
Good enough is good enough but there are definitely better options.

KKurzaI stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Astana during a short visit to Astana and overall had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a good desk that made it easy to work for a few hours. I especially liked the large windows and the quiet atmosphere — despite being in a central area, the room was very peaceful at night. The breakfast was solid, with both local and international options, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Check-in and check-out were quick and professional, which is always a plus after a long flight. The hotel feels more business-oriented than luxurious, but everything works smoothly and reliably. Overall, it’s a convenient and dependable place to stay in the city.

Place is conveniently located in the center of the city.
Very quiet modern 5 star hotel with all the amenities!
Would like to say special thank you to all the staff for comfortable stay.
Rooms are clean and new. Everything that we needed was a phone call away.
Fitness center and access to the swimming pool and saunas was included.
Breakfast was amazing and if you would like to have lunch and dinner it could be done in hotel.
There is a highly praised asian restaurant on top floor as well

MMark@HKVThe room was large, but the decor was a bit dated; however, it had all the essentials.
The housekeeping was so-so. One day they forgot to clean it, and I had to tell the front desk before they cleaned it. They also forgot to leave toiletries.
The hotel's location is great, very close to the city center, with a McDonald's downstairs. Crucially, the price is much cheaper than the nearby Hilton Garden Inn, making it a good choice for business travelers.

The polite staff, there is a small parking and a nearby stop of transport.
The bathroom is very close. The room has no screws and knives, also a refrigerator and microwave in the common area of the kitchen.
The hotel is right next to the road and the 105 windows went straight to the road, it was noisy when the windows were open. In the summer it will not work, as it is suffocated and there is no air conditioning.

GGuest UserNice hotel, excellent location, there is a discount for purchasing air tickets, the service is good, although the furniture is not new, it is good, the service works well, but sometimes there are inaccuracies with the breakfast schedule. Overall I recommend it!

LLaomaedaoThe hotel is right on the road, in the opposite direction of the airport, which was a bit of a mistake! Coming from the airport, I passed through the Bayterek Memorial Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, which was a mistake!
However, unexpectedly, there was a ”Da Tang” Chinese restaurant next to the hotel, where I had two full meals and two nights of beer 🍺, which was also a compensation! There are many literary and artistic landscapes around the hotel, so you can stroll around!
