MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiMy stay at Hilton Astana in the Deluxe Twin Room was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a sleek design that made the stay feel luxurious. The beds were cozy, and the large windows provided plenty of natural light, giving the room a bright and airy atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly professional and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the rooftop bar and wellness center, which added a nice touch of relaxation. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with options to suit all tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Hilton Astana for both business and leisure travelers.

YYahia TThis was by far the best hotel experience of my life. The St. Regis is the embodiment of luxury and in Astana it is extremely good value for money in a majestic city that is truly a hidden gem.
The staff are caring, hospitable and cheerful, always going above and beyond for your needs. The breakfast merged variety with the best quality I've ever experienced in a hotel ever. The room... My goodness was the room luxurious and stunning for their most basic one.
Without a doubt, if you are coming to Astana, which you should, The St. Regis is the place to stay.

YYahia THonestly this hotel is good. But it isn't great. I've stayed in a cheaper and slightly more expensive hotel and both were much better as an overall experience.
The staff are nice but aren't the most hospitable, the food was ok and service therein was meh.
The spa, sauna and hammam are fantastic. The room is good but again not great.
Overall this hotel is good and in a great location. It's not what I expected from the Rixos chain at all and I was not impressed to explore the chain further.
Good enough is good enough but there are definitely better options.

Good location. Breakfast with good choice of meals and exellent quality
Nice, clean and comfortable in all aspects.
I was during cold time with below -25 dae C outside. It was nicely warm inside and in the rooms.

Shower water pressure wish to have higher.
Personnel need to be trained to match the hotel level however nothing is critical.
There was some noise from equipment in basic rooms with windows facing to inner yard.
All in all very good value for money paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The amenities are nice and new, breakfast was delicious, but coffee had no taste😅 The location is brilliant if you want to stay close to the city center and avoid traffic jam. There's an exchange office with a reasonable course close to the hotel, if you need some cash after arrival.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good; I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good, and the restaurant service was also very attentive. The hotel's location is convenient, easy to get around, and surrounded by amenities. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

The polite staff, there is a small parking and a nearby stop of transport.
The bathroom is very close. The room has no screws and knives, also a refrigerator and microwave in the common area of the kitchen.
The hotel is right next to the road and the 105 windows went straight to the road, it was noisy when the windows were open. In the summer it will not work, as it is suffocated and there is no air conditioning.

GGuest UserNice hotel, excellent location, there is a discount for purchasing air tickets, the service is good, although the furniture is not new, it is good, the service works well, but sometimes there are inaccuracies with the breakfast schedule. Overall I recommend it!

LLaomaedaoThe hotel is right on the road, in the opposite direction of the airport, which was a bit of a mistake! Coming from the airport, I passed through the Bayterek Memorial Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, which was a mistake!
However, unexpectedly, there was a ”Da Tang” Chinese restaurant next to the hotel, where I had two full meals and two nights of beer 🍺, which was also a compensation! There are many literary and artistic landscapes around the hotel, so you can stroll around!
