This hotel left me with a very deep and terrible impression. On the first day of check-in, the water and electricity were cut off for 16 hours, from 16:00 on the 16th to 8 am on the 17th. We communicated and negotiated again and again and finally got the electricity back. We spent a night without electricity and water, and slept without washing. They didn't know to arrange mineral water for us to use in an emergency. The public relations was very poor. This was the first time in my life that a hotel would have power and water outages. The next day, I almost went out to visit customers with a disheveled face. The experience was very bad! A hotel that cost more than 800 yuan a day, no service for a whole day, and only refunded 255 yuan. How stingy! This hotel is very memorable! Not recommended!
